Glass America - Auto Glass & Windshield Repair

They came the day it was scheduled for but he didn't have the correct windshield so we had to reschedule for the next day. All went well until a few days ago when I realized I had no inspection stickers. I called the man that did it and he said they were already thrown out. So, now I'm sitting waiting for my car to get re-inspected, wasting $70 bucks. I think a reimbursement would be pretty awesome. Edit: I'm awaiting a response from the manager.

I absolutely love this store! The staff is incredibly friendly and always takes the time to understand exactly what you need. They are very considerate of your needs and go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. Their service is top-notch, and every experience I’ve had here has been smooth and professional. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and customer care. This is an excellent glass repair shop, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone in need!

Excellent service! Highly recommend. I called Glass America on a Friday evening and was able to speak with a live agent right away, in English, no holding. They scheduled my appointment for Monday morning and took my insurance information right over the phone. They handled everything with the insurance company for me. It was fully covered by my insurance and I didn't have to do anything. They came to me at work on Monday AM. They communicated well and had no issue finding my car on the large campus. The technician was friendly and helpful. He replaced my entire windshield and it looks great. It only took him 30 minutes. He salvaged all of my stickers (NYS inspection, NYS registration, and even a little decorative sticker). Excellent company! Much faster service than SafeLight..

I had my Subaru windshield replaced by Glass America. The insurance company said it would take about two hours. Mike had it done in about an hour while I waited. The waiting and rest rooms was spic and span. I liked the personal service Mike provided and would highly recommend to have your windshield replaced here.

Great job on replacing my front windshield. I went to the Elma location and my car was taken into the shop within minutes of the appointment time. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The job was done in about an hour. The repair technician, Mike, was very courteous and patient with me while I inspected every detail of his workmanship. He passed with flying colors. The glass install was perfect, both the interior and exterior of my car were clean and all of the trim pieces were properly aligned. This was the first time I have gone to this company and I would not hesitate to go there again.

My wife’s Nisan Pathfinder had a small chip on the front windshield about the size of a tack. I called Glass America and set up an appointment for a Friday morning. The agent stated that I would be getting a call/text at 9 am stating what time they would be coming out. Friday morning at 9 am I received a text from Mike that stated he’ll be out between 9:30 and 10:30. Mike arrived around 10 and immediately took charge, he inspected and came up with a repair plan and went over it with me. He explained in detail what he was going to do to repair the crack and asked if I had any questions. Mike was very professional and courteous. Once he made the repair, he had me come out to inspect his work to make sure I was satisfied. I was more than satisfied, definitely recommend. If I have any other chips/cracks on any of my vehicles, I’ll be sure to call Mike and the team at Glass America.
