Customer service was great. Although they didn’t have my glass in stock, the gentleman I spoke with checked with another shop in the area to find what I needed. I would definitely consider Givens first in the future.

Excellent experience. Was able to quickly replace the drivers side window of my van at my house. The technician, Leo, was particularly helpful when it was discovered that my battery was dead and he helped me get it started again.

Givens auto glass came to the rescue once again. The process was very easy. I told Mr. Givens the problem, he provided the solution. The project was ahead of schedule by 3 weeks. Also the flexibility on being done at my job was a big help. I highly recommend.

I recently had to replace a side window and needed it in a pinch when I was away from home. Givens Auto did their best to fit me in day-off, but wasn’t able to. Of everyone I called, they were the most responsive and helpful. When I do ended up waiting a day and doing it locally, the price they quoted was much higher than Givens, and Gene happily provided me with his estimate so I was able to negotiate with them. If their customer service is anything to go by, I would absolutely turn to them for auto glass needs in Gainesville.

Gene is fantastic to work with, the price was more than fair, and his technician did a great job replacing the driver's door window, even when faced with an unexpected dead battery. He arrived 5 minutes early and was finished before I knew it! Can't recommend them highly enough!

Gene showed up on time, was friendly and professional, and took care of the job quickly. He also offered some helpful advice to deal with insurance.
