So. Good news, he was quick, called me back right away when I left a message, and was fairly priced. He certainly helped me in a pinch. The bad news, a month later I had some leaks in my car that wasn't there before. After 90 days I figured out that it was leaking through the windshield. I sent him a text about it, but 3 days later I haven't received a response, and went to Safelite. As soon as they were done they asked "Who did it before this?" Apparently, they were able to just push the windshield off, without having to cut into it. I didn't want to update my review, but since I haven't heard back in order to fix the issue, I figured I needed to share my experience.

The back window of my Toyota rav4 broke accidentally. I called him (his name is Walter), compared to others, he gave me a better price. the work was perfect. Excellent customer service, serious, on time and work so clean. I edge you if you have a broken window or other entrust him with this work, you will not regret it. Gators Auto Glass great job✌🏾

Noticed a crack in my windshield when I was driving down for the holidays. It got progressively worse and I wouldn't be able to drive back North with it like that. Walter was very responsive and the only one to give me a price that I could work with. He did the job in a couple of hours, and so far, everything has been good. Definitely recommend.

Walter was great and called me back almost immediately on a Saturday morning the day after I had my window shattered on my car by a burgalar. He got back to me quickly with confirmation that he had the part and could have it fixed in a few hours for a great price. I highly recommend.
