The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. My friend’s car had been broken into, so I called a nearby car window repair shop. From the start, the man on the phone had a rude attitude. When we mentioned that her window was clear, he went on a two-minute rant about how people always try to be cheap. Needless to say, we decided to take our business elsewhere. No one should have to deal with that kind of attitude, especially during a stressful situation.

Whewwww! Ok so my windshield cracked on my truck & my mom mentions she know a place for me to get another one. She texts me this morning & says “I called but he told me I was a middle man & for you to call”… understandable. I called “hi, yes I’m calling about getting a windshield for ……” before I could finish my sentence he was asking a question that if he would have just listened I was already answering. Then he proceeds with attitude for no reason…. To lighten the mood I said “my mom called earlier & spoke with you”…. He said “ain’t it your car, I don’t need to speak to your mama, can’t you speak for yourself” I said “she was just trying to help me”… he said “Help you? Let me tell you something” then I said “only thing you need to tell me is about the windshield” he said “no let me talk” LMAO then I said “sir, no, can you tell me about the windshield” he said “HAVE A NICE DAY” & hung up LMAO! To me that screams controlling, aggressive, unhinged, miserable, damaged, unhealed from past traumas & mean! I send him love & light but I won’t spend a dime with someone in that energy! I’ll pay more to get the respect I deserve! The way my energy work I don’t align with ppl like him that’s why it didn’t work out for me. On to the person I align with🫶🏾

I recently had the pleasure of needing my windshield replaced and along with that the privilege of having it done by Dave the owner of Garrison Auto Glass. I must say that aside from the reasonable cost everything went well and just as promised. I was handled right on time, starting ahead of schedule, very quickly, completely and efficiently. I have already bragged about this experience to many recommending to everyone I know. Thank You and Happy New Year with your work I am once again a peaceful car owner along with my wife.

Mr. Garrison gave me the best price around. The windshield was installed personally by him, and within an hour, I was on the road again. His work and products are guaranteed. He knows and understands that folks aren't necessarily knowledgeable about his products, and he does well in demystifying the installation of auto glass. The morning I was there, his 13-year-old son happened to be in the shop with him, on his last day of winter break. Mr. Garrison has created a successful family business, that helps bind our community together. We had a great conversation about parenting teenage boys. Thanks, Mr. Garrison!

Poor customer service ! When asked why treat and respond to a respectful person in this way, Owner responded “ do you see where we are !” In my eyes as a customer I’m at your business in your location , expecting top notch customer service regardless of skill or trade. With an excuse of location , being in Detroit , Mi. Gotta be better and more accountable ! Respect to you brother ! I hope you do change your in-person customer service approach in the future, with having a store front and address posted ! No matter the 20 years !

I went to roll my window down and the button broke after the window was cracked wide enough for snow and water to get in. I spoke to David over at Garrison Auto Glass and he was able to get my window rolled up for me on my lunch break. He also showed me how I could operate the switch in the mean time if necessary. This was such a relief because the part was on back order and there was a snow storm coming the next day. OMG I sooo appreciate good people. Once the part comes in, I'll be going back and having him do the replacement. This isn't the first time I've used them. Some years ago, I had to have a windshield replaced. Garrison Auto Glass took care of me then as well. They're definitely doing something right because they've been in business for quite a while taking care of the community's auto glass needs.
