Edit: I originally gave 5 stars for the overall (service, price, etc), in spite of the smell. However, I am actually taking down to one star for several reasons. I'm totally livid. Because the smell of incense actually is still not gone from vehicle after almost 9 hours of the windows being left down in the driveway. My eyes have been stinging all day. My friend also said she could smell incense on my hair. Lastly, I spoke with a couple friends who own a mechanic repair shop and also a dentist with his own practice and they both said it was supremely unprofessional to have incense going in an office. I shouldn't have to deal with a smell in their office and then have it follow me home. It's concerning for people who are allergic, have respiratory /asthma/medical problems, don’t want to be exposed to strong smells, etc. I hate to seem like a Karen, but sometimes this is a medical or sensory issue. It also shows a lack of caring for customers and their well-being and preferences. You shouldn't have to be accosted by strong smell that only a handful of people like just to get a service. Incense is a known carcinogen and toxin by the way. You can easily find this info on a Google search. Incense stinks and is obviously strong so it just seems like common sense not to have that in a common shared space. The more I think about it, the more I feel insulted about the whole thing. Portion of original post: They did a pretty good job of my tint a few months ago. I gave the receptionist and owner each 10$ tip as an extra “thanks”. Although I will say the passenger side randomly started peeling up pretty bad within a couple months. But it seemed like that happened randomly. So I am unsure if that was the tint, randomness, or me. I actually had an appointment with Safelite but changed my mind. Today did just kind of upset me though. The only reason I even feel compelled to leave a review is because of sensory issues, autism, or medical needs, etc. So fair is fair (haha) and I will absolutely admit my car is messy and smelled pretty darn bad already because the passenger window had been busted out due to theft and the rain and snow got inside over this last blizzard making a musty smell. So I guess it’s a trade of smell for smell haha Anyway, I parked and walked in and was planning on waiting inside the office because I have no where else to go and wait. I didn’t want to pay for an Uber somewhere or home since it was only a couple hours estimation. When I walked in, the smell of incense hit me very strong I immediately felt dizzy and had to keep the door open while I was talking to the very nice and lovely receptionist. It was strong. LIKE REALLY STRONG. hit y ou in the face. I just ignored it and went to go sit outside on the ground in the cold (44 Degrees) and wait instead of endure the smell. I also waited outside afterwards for my receipt to be printed. Here is where I am upset: But my car was inside the bay, closest to the open door of the office (there are places for 3 cars to be worked) and then the garage overheard door was pulled almost all the way down so I was stressed the entire time the incense smell from the office would get like …trapped with no fresh air and seep into my car… plus even with the garage door pulled almost fully down I could somehow STILL smell the incense almost all the way across their lot where I was sitting. So you know it's insanely strong. IMPORTANT: AND ALL THAT IS STILL FINE WITH ME WHILE I WAS PHYSICALLY THERE!! I’M NO PRINCESS. I CAN DEAL WITH IT. IT’S THEIR PLACE OF BUSINESS AND THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO DO AS THEY PLEASE. IT’S NOT MY PLACE OR RIGHT TO ASK ANYTHING. BUT I DON'T WANT IT COMING HOME WITH ME!!!!!! But I ended up just rolling all the windows down on the way home (which you are not supposed to do after a tint) because I really really really don’t like incense and I didn’t want any sort of hint of it on my clothes or car and it just stressed me out really bad.

OMG! Very impressed and satisfied with GR Window Tint & Glass!!! I got a great deal from Groupon, even though I had to pay $50 for removal which was not included with coupon, it still came out to a very good price. I scheduled on a Saturday and my car was literally in and out in only 4 hours!!! They did a complete removal and new installation on 5 windows. The legal limit is 20% but they let me get 15% with the coupon, so that was great!!! Very friendly and helpful customer service. Would highly recommend going here for all your tinting needs. PS excuse my pictures, I haven't washed my car since getting the tint.

We looked for a Groupon offer to get the front two windows tinted in our new vehicle and came across one from GR. I looked at the reviews beforehand and decided to purchase. I must say, they didn’t disappoint! They opened up promptly at 830, which was our scheduled time, and the young lady who helps us checked us in was very sweet. She gave us a promise time, and the vehicle was ready when promised, and looks great! I definitely will recommend this business! Thank you so much!PositiveResponsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Value

They're in the process of tinting my windows so i cant speak on the quality yet will update that later,BUT, with that being said, the price they quoted me for what im doing is in my opinion unbeatable, i have to replace windshield later and that price was unbeatable, but whats priceless to me is the nice lady at the front desk, very nice, very knowledgeable, she actually worked to get me the best deal throughout it all,,,,and that to me makes them the go to people for what i need done, if you're reading this then you're trying to decide,, let me save you weeks of searching like me,,go to G&R, you will be happy you did

Best price in town and quality craftsmanship! I've done my tinting in several places and always get bubbles, this place has been the best one, and I'm very picky. No bubbles at all, they use Xpel film which doesn't shrink and is higher quality. The people that work there are trustworthy, meaning I don't have to worry about leaving my vehicle. I was calling around and I was looking for a specific product but everyone was high priced and when I asked for info they were rude, the girl there explained everything nicely and quoted a better price. Others places only go from 5% to 20%, this place has 15% which is percfect!! I definitely recommend this place, the building might throw you off, but their work is awesome.ServicesVehicle window tinting
