Outstanding company and employees. Called for a quote, mentioned that another company had a cheaper price. The gentleman on the phone, who was super great, offered me a deal that I couldn’t pass up! They came right to my home to do the replacement which was incredibly convenient. I received a text a half hour before they arrived to let me know they would be there within 30 minutes and they arrived right on time! Andrew was the technician who did the replacement and he was a genuinely great guy. His work was unparalleled and he exceptionally patient. My partner from Tennessee talked his ear off the whole time he worked and Andrew entertained it! Lol. I left my lake pass on the broken windshield he hauled away, I called him and told him and I’m not kidding… he peeled it off and brought it back to my house after he finished his next job!! It was awesome and sincerely appreciated. The company should be proud to have an employee like Andrew. I would hands down recommend GP Autoglass to anyone who’s looking for windshield service. So glad I chose them!

I had a windshield replaced by this company. My technician was Ron, he did a good job replacing the windshield. I would recommend this company as my whole experience was so little stress and quite seemless. The whole process of getting the appointment to the repair was easy. I didn't need to be present for the repair which was lovely(so no missing work) and for my 09 Chevy hhr for this business to come to me and replace my windshield was about 300$. Very impressed, received excellent customer service. Associate at the store followed up and kept me informed about my windshield with call & txt. Day of install, Kurt called to verify info and was on time and provided thorough info about install. Everything went smoothly. Kurt was very personable and professional. Happy he came out to install at my home, it was quick and convenient. They also waived my deductible. Completely satisfied and will call them again and refer them to friends and family. I just had the windshield replaced on my 2016 Ford Escape by GP Auto Glass. From initially speaking and making arrangements with Ron to the replacement at my residence by Kurt, I couldn't be any happier or more satisfied! Ron was pleasant and efficient with the details of a quick 3 way phone conversation with my insurance company. Also with arranging a convenient day & time for a mobile unit to arrive. A text reminder I received 1 day prior the appointment was appreciated! Kurt, (from the mobile unit) was simply a continuation of courtesy and professionalism! I received a friendly heads-up call when Kurt was on his way and was totally satisfied with his work and clean-up ethics! I also appreciated his friendliness and concern that any questions were answered. Special note: Don't forget to ask if deductible can be waived! I've had other windshield replacements over the years.
