I had a front camera go out on my 2020 Honda Odyssey. I saw the good reviews Erik had received for his services, so I called him to see if he could calibrate the new camera. He got me in later in the day and allowed me to observe while he performed the calibration. Erik was both personable and knowledgeable and I would recommend him for all of your auto glass needs!

Erik replaced and calibrated the windshield on my 2021 Toyota Rav4. After shopping around, he definitely offered the best price and service. Initially, I had an appointment with Safelite, but I canceled it after learning that many of their installers have minimal training and experience. In contrast, Finesse Auto Glass is an Auto Glass Safety Council (AGSC) certified company, and Erik himself is recognized by the AGSC as a Master Tech. This level of certification assured me that he takes his profession seriously and is highly skilled in his work. Erik is also very professional, understanding, and patient with any questions. He handled my vehicle with great care, and I’ll definitely be returning to him for any future needs for my vehicles.

Erik’s business is the absolute BEST. Side window broken at 7:30 a.m., by 1:15 he had ordered, delivered, and installed! Highly professional, very communicative with regard to keeping in touch with me with how quickly he could get the window and approximately when my window would be delivered to his shop, and the install was less then an hour! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After going to SafeLite in Brunswick for the first replacement , Erik was a blessing for the second windshield replacement in 2 weeks. He has customer service that we’ve been missing for years & took a sincere interest in making the experience what it should be- a quality job with attention to detail & respect for the customer.
