Fast Auto Glass

Fast Auto Glass saved the day once again! I hate having to replace glass and windshields on my fleet. However it happens and whenever it does I call on Fast Auto Glass. The name of the company fits what their reputation “Fast”!!!! Every time that I call, someone answers, collects my information and Wala! They have scheduled me for the next day service. They offer a general time that they will arrive and someone calls 30 minutes before arrival. I have experienced several service technicians and they have all been very consistent. I would recommend Fast Auto Glass to private and commercial to ANYONE!

I contacted them and was able to secure a next day appointment for a very reasonable price. The service was super quick and they even came to me to replace my windshield. How convenient?!?! Collin was very Helpful! He walked me through the Entire Process! He was Professional and Proficient! Now let’s get to the Team one of his Enplyees (David) came in to my job and we were talking and my Cracked windshield came up and he started telling me about Fast Auto Glass! I didn’t call right away like I should have but when I did I was taking care of! The Guys were very Professional and got the Job done in a timely manner! Did I mention they come to you!! Collin was amazing from start to finish. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns, and did so patiently. He was able to schedule me for the same day I called him and arrived promptly when he said he would. Collin was personable and knowledgeable and able to make me feel like everything was going to be okay. In my 50 years of driving I have never had to replace a windshield before so I was a bit anxious about it. He made sure I was comfortable understanding the process. I could tell he took pride in his workmanship by the conscientious way he went about doing it. Collin and David were both kind and friendly and I appreciated that. It is not often in these times that I can say I enjoyed doing business with a company, but I can say that about Fast Auto Glass. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know.

The 5 Star Reviews are almost too good to be true, but they ARE True! Collin and his team are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and do expert, excellent work. The cost is very reasonable. Collin is the windshield expert. He took the time to explain the differences between OEM and OEE Glass and the Re-calibration process. My windshield replacement was quick, thorough and completely meets, indeed exceeds my expectations. A big plus, the replacement was done right in my driveway and was completed in one hour. Choosing Fast Auto Glass for the job was the best decision I made to have my windshield replaced. The owner, Collin, was very professionally and personable. Not only did he provide outstanding customer service in installing my windshield but he also pointed out some damage that was done by the previous windshield replacement technician that occurred when I had it done by ACE Glass about a year ago.
