Honest, affordable, and quick! Had to replace my front passenger window. They close on Sundays so I asked for a quote through their website and received one the next morning for $130 (2011 Toyota Corolla) from Mr. Thomas. I called him and asked when we could come in, he told me he'd have that glass by Noon if I would come in the same day. I showed up at 12:20pm and was out at about a couple minutes past 1pm. There were 6 cars ahead of me too. They're so efficient. Friendly service too. I would highly recommend them. No tricks, frills, or gimmicks. Honest work and affordable. Thank you!

I'm a teacher. So, you can imagine how my jaw dropped when Safelite quoted me $1500 to replace my cracked windshield. My insurance company was no help either. Word of mouth is very useful! Someone broke into my car and broke my side window. I called a few local places for quotes, and I wanted preferably, mobile service. I thought $195 wasn't a bad.quote and was just about to set things in motion. My daughter was on her way to work and some guy told her about this place he went to. He didn't know the name of the place, just that it was next to Pick and Pull. Now, I"m not a native Texan and have never heard of a pick and pull. I live in north Dallas and don't frequent this part of the city. I googled window repairs on Second Street and Faith Auto popped up. I called and got a quote for $135. Came the next day and got my window replaced. They were quicker than I expected and they vacuumed up the broken pieces, which I totally was not expecting. Everyone was courteous and professional. Should I need another window replaced...Faith Auto is where I'm going. Thank you for replacing my window.

I’ve been here in the past but haven’t had to until a cow ran in front of my 2014 Ford Escape. Other places were wanting $300-$450 dollars and trust me I called around before driving out here instead of going locally around my Plano area. I ended up paying $185 and waited about an hour. Glass looks better than when I bought my car. Update: Another visit in 2022. My 2017 Honda Civic had a break in the glass towards the bottom passenger side and a crack near the line of vision on the driver side while driving that was growing. It passed inspection but the glass was just bothering me so much and the crack was only going to keep on growing. I didn’t take the best pictures but hopefully by looking at my pictures you can trust Faith Auto Glass to repair your windshield too! I called a day ahead just to make sure they had or were going to have my windshield in stock. I wanted to go with an oem one but the dealership wanted almost $1k just for the glass so after calling around several places I still couldn’t find anyone near as affordable as here. I took the day off to drive here. I always want to go somewhere closer to home but every time I just decide to drive out here because they give exceptional service and work. My car was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I want to thank Marisa and the staff at Faith Auto Glass who help my daughter yesterday. She was a victim of a theft where her car window was smashed and her purse stolen. While she was contacting authorities I was googling Auto Glass repair in Dallas, Texas. I live in Dublin, Ohio! I found you and you had excellent reviews and Marisa was so kind and gave me an estimate for the repair and said for her to come to their facility before 2:45pm. My daughter was pleased with the repair and I thank you very, very much.
