Needed the rear window of my F150 replaced following an incident. Nick was easy to deal with, having communicated well, getting the correct part in quickly and the work turned around fast. The price was inline with expectations as well (which is important when you have to wait for insurance reimbursement as I do).

In May Jay removed all of the tint from a Certified Pre Owned Lexus I just purchased from a Lexus dealer. The tint job done somewhere else was horrible. It was a tedious job for Jay as he was concerned that removing the rear window tint could damage the rear defroster lines. He took the extra time to save my rear window defroster. The finished product was amazing and I am now scheduling my second vehicle to have the windows done. I am in the car business and I will, without hesitation and with full confidence, refer my customers to Expert Auto Glass for window tinting.

Great customer service & an even better maintaince job. These guys are incredible! I've had two windshield replacements in the last 4 years & both times they were quick, affordable & the job was done meticulously.

Prices Raised, Forgot Option: Back in 2022, I had my extended cab pickup tinted by Expert Auto Glass for $225, which included all windows - no tint strip, and 35-20-5% film. Today, I had my sedan tinted by the same company, for $320. This time I asked for a tint strip, as I figured it's nice to have. I went to pickup my car after hours, and saw the tint strip had not been done, and since it is Friday, I'll need to leave my car until Monday to even talk to someone. Had I known the tint strip was a $95 option, I'd have done it myself just like I did to my pickup. Would've been nice to know some prices, which is why I'm making this review, and to emphasize better communication among the employees so a mistake like this wouldn't happen. Now, I'm unsure if I paid for a product I did not receive, and again, have no way of contacting anyone. Previously, I would've recommended anyone to this establishment, but after seeing the price inflation and a lack of attention to detail, I'd be hesitant. Hopefully someone sees this review and reaches out to rectify. I - unlike this company - will be able to pickup a phone anytime this weekend, or atleast you'll be able to leave a voice-mail, another flaw this company ought to address.

They replaced our windshield a few years ago and did a great job. This past weekend our rear view mirror broke free from the windshield and left a small glass crater behind. We zipped over to the shop and the team fixed the issue quickly, professionally and had us back on the road in just minutes. They forgot to do the sun visor which I paid for. The back windows were supposed to be completely blacked out and they are not. The tinting doesn't even go up to the edges of the windows and the edges are not cut out smoothly; there are jagged edges. There is daylight coming through the bottom left hand corner on my rear window. Only chose this place because it was recommended by a friend; even drove out of the way from the normal place that I use. I will not be returning here.
