Expert Auto Glass of WNY

I had to come in to get a new windshield fixed. I couldn’t make the apt because something came up. The owner went out of his way and rearranged his schedule to take me earlier to get me taken care of. That’s what I call a good company to go above and beyond. I highly recommend.

2001 Audi A6 getting a new windshield, they hacked up both of my A-pillar trims up with their saw and were unapologetic. They also butchered my stickers and stuck them back on with scotch tape, which fell off and got me pulled over the next day. At least they used good glass. I noticed on the way home a skipping mark outside the galss where it must have been a tool dragged up the glass or something. Only went for the gas card they give out, stupid gimmick. They won't try to fix the problems on the frame like light rust flakes they just glue over it and tell me there no guarantees on leaks

A super small shop that does the same thing bigger companies do, only cheaper. I called and talked to a real person who scheduled me the next day. They were ready when I arrived and had it replaced in about an hour. The waiting room is simple (two chairs and some magazines) and a little chilly. Not a great place if you need to bring a kid along. If it was comfortable and had wifi, it would be 5 stars.
