Expert Auto Glass Repair

Our vehicle was only a few months old when a rock flew up and hit the front windshield. I immediately called Expert Auto Glass, and they sent someone out to repair the crack. When the technician got there, he tried to fix it, but the crack was too big. He did not charge me for the repair, but arranged his office to get in touch with me to get an insurance claim filed and the windshield ordered directly from the dealer. I got a call a few days later, ready to schedule the appointment for the installation of the new windshield. I was out of town and left the keys with a neighbor. When I returned home, the work was completed timely and efficiently, with no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend Expert Auto Glass!

This is an edit from a negative review, and I would like to genuinely apologize for my impatience. At the end of the day, the manager has always been very communicative, and helpful. Ordering the glass was easy and not stressfull which went a long way alternating up to my vandalized vehicle. The installation went smoothly, the glass sits great, and they even vacuumed up the shattered glass from the vandalism. I hope I never have a shattered window again; but if it were to happen, I would give my business to expert auto glass, and you should too.

I had a windshield replaced and Andres was very nice and professional, I would definitely recommend him as a technician. Though he did forget to tighten down the mirror after he made a joke that he sometimes forgets bits in vehicles after tightening down mirrors. That gave me a chuckle as I tried to adjust my mirror and it came apart! Overall, very pleasant experience with the company from start to finish.

Scheduling was fast and easy. The representative was friendly and was able to get a technician out to me the next day. Adam called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving. He was on time and wasted no time getting to work. He explained the process, answered all of my questions and was finished in thirty minutes. He told me about the after care and with no more questions, he was on his way. What a professional, respectful and friendly technician. I will definitely call on them again.

I had 2 vehicles done at the same time, they came out to my house and arrived on time. Being an OCD car owner I pointed out some things I wanted him to be careful around, he listened and did an excellent job. Quick responses and had me scheduled in the same week I called. They used "Saint-Gobain Sekurit" and "Nielsen & Moller" glass, optically it looks clear on first inspection. We will see how it holds up. I have 1 suggestion, the glass on 1 vehicle had the tint strip across the top and I normally request a windshield without it but this time I forgot. They probably don't deal with people as OCD as me regularly but it could be something they mention when ordering your glass if you want the tint strip or if its available without. Great job, great customer service, I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Jackie was great at setting up my appointment and was very helpful changing my service from a chip repair to a new windshield when I noticed it had spread to a crack . Adam called me before my service appointment with an ETA .. he showed up on time and was very professional and did a great job.. Expert Auto Glass is an outstanding company to do business with in this era we live in where nobody knows what customer service is . I will tell everyone I know to contact them for there auto glass needs ..GREAT JOB GUYS !!!!!!!
