I had a great experience. Cesar quoted me a price lower than Safelite and a much faster appointment the same day I called. They called me 10 minutes before they arrived to make sure I was home. They removed the old windshield in one piece and carefully installed the new one in an hour. They charged my credit card after all the work was done to my satisfaction.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I own a 2006 BMW X5 and called "Westminster Auto Glass" aka Executive Auto Glass to replace the passenger rear door window on my vehicle. On Sat Jan. 19, 2019 two men showed up to replace the glass. When asked if they had worked on BMW's, they assured me they had and that it, "Shouldn't Take Long." They were right...didn't take long to screw up my whole door! First, Ceasar answers the phone as Westminster Auto Glass when it really is Executive Auto Glass. (There is no place that exists called Westminster Auto Glass in Westminster, California and neither does a license for this business)...but maybe he was referring to another state? Second, Antonio & Noel, the workers who came to "Replace" the window not only damaged the inner workings of the window/door, they attempted to leave, after being paid, while I checked the operation of the window. As I started my vehicle and went to roll the window down, the window fell off of its track and down into the channel of the door. I immediately jumped out and called out to them before they could leave. Both came over to inspect the window/door and attempted to repair. They had earlier told me that they had to replace the clip that holds the glass to the frame but they weren't going to charge me. Now they were telling me that yet another HARDENED PLASTIC GUIDE HAD BROKEN that hold the glass to the guide. Seems odd since the window had not been rolled up or down since the time it shattered and was working as designed prior to them working on it. Glass the size of a pea cannot break hardened plastic. So they proceeded to supposedly call their "Manager." When Noel finished speaking to someone on the phone, he told me that they were going to order the part and would return Monday to replace. On Monday no one showed up so I called the office at about 3:30pm. I spoke to someone calling them-self Ceasar and advised him that no one had shown up and immediately the man went on the attack! I must have damaged it before they got there! (Sure, I Want To Cause More Damage To My Vehicle Aside of Paying for the Broken Glass). When that attempt didn't work and I explained to him that plastic does not break on its own, he then suggested it must have been worked on previously. (Sorry, I Know The Original Owner and it Has Never Been Replaced or Repaired). When that didn't work he became very angry and told me, "He Would Replace it but if I Said Another Word to Forget it" and hung up on me. About ten minutes later he called me back to tell me he was sorry and that he was just frustrated with "Those Guys." He asked me to text him my vin number and he would order the part and replace it. Today, 4 days later, still NO SHOW, NO CALL...My next stop...Better Business Bureau, YELP and Huntington Beach Police. Then off to his insurance company and the licensing department for the City of Orange. AGAIN....BUYER BEWARE...SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! IF anything changes, I will post on this website.

If you're looking for an unreliable, unprofessional, irresponsible business for glass repair or anything else, you call executive auto glass, I ordered a windshield replacement, He called my insurance, agreed with them and We maid an appointment at 9.30 AM, He doesn't show up at all, didn't call to inform, I left him 2 messages, NO ANSWER, called him , NO ANSWER, at 11.30 AM he calls to ask who I'm, I ask him why, he didn't show up, he said: they ordered the windshield but it's not here yet, it will arrive at 12 PM . and he will come right away to install. It is 3 PM , and still haven't heard back from him. At this point, I'm done with this guy.
