I highly recommend Elite Auto Glass! My car window was smashed on a Friday night and he was able to come and fix it Saturday afternoon in about 30 minutes at a very good price. Elite Auto Glass was the only place available to replace my window same day.

I was driving and someone hit my windshield with a golf ball from the golf course. John was able to come out the day I called him, to my home, and fixed it very quickly for a very fair price. You don't have to replace your entire windshield because of a scratch, so glad I found out. Contacted John and he was able to fix it in a flash. Don’t go to this guy. My car window has broken 4 separate times. So I called up this guy. I brought it to his house which is wild he didn’t come to me. He then tells me it will be no more than 50 dollars. He looks at the window and then says it’s my regulator which I then said that’s what every place has said are you sure and he assures me that’s it. Knowing in the back of my head it’s more than that. He then says can we do 60 that’s a lot of work. Paid him the 60 when I knew that was bullshit cuz he didn’t do any extra work. So then I come back 2 days later with my alternator which ended up being too small. It was the right part auto zone just made the one brand smaller which again he should have checked before installing. So then I send him 60 when really I shouldn’t have paid him anything and he tells me just come back Thursday. I ask him that day he says he can’t do it till momday. I’m like I can’t wait that long. So I have another guy install the part all for my window to break 2 months later. I knew it was more than the regulator and that’s what I kept saying and he said it’s not. No clear cut answers. I would never go to this guy again!

Great pricing, communication and service! Highly highly recommend. Called on a Saturday afternoon and service rep John scheduled an appointment to get to my car first thing. Have a 2012 BMW and Elite got it done faster and half the cost of the dealership - quality work. Absolutely will use again.

Can’t say I wasn’t a little skeptical of not having a big name company install my windshield. But, he was close by so called for a bid. Was very persistent in follow up. I was being paranoid and thought his aggressive pricing may be due to some low quality glass. Well, turned out not to be the case. John doesn’t have a fancy office or decked out Sprinter. Just a down to earth man on a mission. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to family/friends. Keep up the good work!👍
