My sunroof was broken on a Wednesday , the insurance called the same day and i called them friday cause fed ex send me a message that my sunfroof was delivered at 12: 30pm that friday haven been to work for 2 days called and spoke to flora she indicated that it wasn't in the shop which fed-ex. Said it was delivered. She said wood returned called abd never did. Called back 25 minutes before closing no one pick up. Poor customer serve. Absolutely amazing experience! I needed a new windshield put in my car. Within seconds Paul gave me a quote and an estimate day to do it. Not only was my car about a half hour away, he came and got the payment from me because I didnt have a vehicle to go there and my boyfriend felt uncomfortable leaving cash in the drop box. They were very understanding with that! He sent me a before picture of my car and after picture. I paid cash so he did not charge me taxes. Him and his wife were super friendly, kind and nice. My friends house where my vehicle was at called me as soon as it was done and told me he was also very happy with the work the was done. That Paul was very kind and that he is also interested in getting work done with them as well. My friend was very pleased! I highly recommend East Coast auto to anyone!!!! Along with the windshield I need some other work done to the car and Paul said he can get a good deal on my mirrors and put them in. Which is great! I am so happy I met him and he will continue to have my business from this day forward I will not go anywhere else and recommend any and everyone else to his company! Thank you so very much Paul! Had a wonderful experience with East Coast Auto Glass. Needed to replace my windshield and they were very professional and did great work. The first piece of glass they ordered had some imperfections in it and they were kind enough to return it and order a windshield that was shaped perfectly and do the job right which I really appreciated. Flora in the office was very helpful and available to help me schedule my appointment and then again when I had to reschedule due to the reordering of the windshield. I would highly recommend them for any auto-glass repair or replacement.

Went to replace a cracked windshield on my mini cooper today , I m very extremely satisfied for the results , jobs came out 100% complete within an hours my car was ready , super Fast , Clean and quality .
