OK so first I will start off by saying I am a perfectionist and take great care of my vehicle. I don’t believe in using Safelite or any of the big name companies. I would rather support a local business and also be able to speak to an actual person on the telephone when I have a question. Alex provided exceptional customer service; he knew I was extremely anxious about having my windshield replaced, as I have had not-so-great experiences in the past. He addressed every single concern and was completely respectful and professional the whole time, and was also very communicative regarding scheduling. Will definitely use him again in the future. Great customer experience overall.

I called Alex after a big rock hit my windshield and made a mark in the glass. He came out on a Saturday to inspect it and informed me it was just a pit and did not need repair. He refused to charge me anything for the inspection, either. What an honest company and I know who I will be calling from now on.

Alex was amazing! We were going to the beach and we were an hour and 20 minutes from home when something smashed into the windshield and literally busted it. There was no way we could drive back home that evening. Most places do not have a stock of all the windshields and they have to go to the warehouse in Tampa. when Alex was called regarding this situation, he was right by the warehouse and he ordered it right away and picked it up a few minutes later and headed to the beach to fix my windshield and he was there within the hour So grateful for his immediate response and understanding the urgency. He and his son were very friendly and accommodating. Totally would recommend Alex with Done Right auto glass. He is someone that you can trust and goes above and beyond.

Quick No Nonsense Company! The turn around time to come out and replace my windshield was very surprising. I’d never used a home visit company before. Very straightforward. Polite personnel. Asked a couple of times if I had questions. Were very specific about what not to do after installation. I highly recommend Done Right.
