My folks and my husband all had work done by Booker. We can’t say enough about how overly accommodating Sarah in the office was with scheduling and pricing or how efficient the work that was completed on all of our vehicles was as well. We especially appreciate that they are a small and local business that keep up well with the bigger companies they have to compete against. I would highly recommend Dedicated Auto for their dependability, affordable pricing and quality of work. I will definitely be returning in the future!

a turkey hit my windshield on Friday and they made sure to squeeze me in on Monday! Sarah, who was wonderful, explained how everything worked and made sure that they’d get my windshield fixed on my only Monday off. They even asked me if it was okay if they got it done after hours, which is dedication. If I didn’t have glass coverage it would have been approx $319 which is $100-$200 cheaper than surrounding companies. Thank you guys for your awesome service!

DAG was extremely professional and Sarah was so helpful with booking the appointment quickly and going through the insurance to bill and ordering the windshield I preferred for my Jeep. Bill did such an amazing job installing the new windshield. The replacement was extremely quick without compromising quality. I’m so pleased with the outcome and how fast everything was. Great service-went above and beyond. We were traveling through in large RV and caught a rock.Called a highly advertised business on Friday about noon and they wouldn't do anything without an appointment and didn't offer to help at all. I called DAG Monday morning at 8:00. They asked if I could wait until Tuesday due to 100% chance of rain, but would start at 8 on Tuesday. An hour later, they called back and said it looks like enough break in the weather to get it done now. The owner, Booker Poirier, drove the 20 miles in <30 minutes and fixed the ding onsite. In 45 minutes, the job was complete. Super nice guy and did a great job. Easy to talk to and dedicated to doing the job right. I'd highly recommend any time.

Super sweet, professional and timely!! Most importantly, they have Wicked reasonable prices!! This is my 2nd windshield replaced by them and I'd drive even Further to have Them do it again. We had to replace the windshield on our 2016 VW Passat after a destructive windy Maine day. The appointment took less than an hour, their business was easy to find driving from Portland, and they were nearly $200 cheaper than any estimate I received around the Portland area which made the drive to Biddeford well worth it! Their waiting room was small with free coffee and magazines. I have Verizon and had no problems with phone service while waiting.
