Exceptional service from beginning to end! Gary, who took my call was informative and knew exactly how to manage the insurance claim and worked with my time frame! Andy the auto glass tech showed up at my door on time with a smile and set me at ease due to the fact that my 2015 GMC Acadia was only a month old. I honestly can't tell that the windshield was ever replaced! Now I understand why my father recommended Dealer Auto Glass and I will from now on also! Great job!

I booked my windshield replacement with a lady named Betty, she had promised me that the installer/technician would bring the $150 with him to give to me at time of install. Technician has no idea about this arrangement, even though it's plastered all over their website and marketing that they give you a $150 cash rebate. I don't believe this company even does installs as the installer came in a Diamond Auto Glass truck. I think they are just a lead generation company for less reputable glass company's. Very disappointed with the bait and switch.

For window tint they did an excellent job, they were more affordable than the competitors and their Suntech product they use is probably the best, we had a good experience with Betty. At first I was a little confused about the location and who we were communicating with but when I showed up at the auto dealership and asked for dealer auto glass they had everything ready, in writing and took us in early. I highly recommend this organization.

I am extremely upset and very disappointed in the service I have received. I scheduled an appointment via phone call with one of their reps on Saturday. We made the appointment for Wednesday (today) for all the windows on my Honda Fit to be tinted. I had a feeling I should call and double check that all was set for today and I’m so glad I did because when I called I found out that the guy who “scheduled” my appointment for me on Saturday actually didn’t schedule anything. He never even set the appointment like he had told me he did! So now today (an hour and a half prior to the appointment) I’m informed I don’t even have an appointment today but that they can “help” me by putting me on the schedule for next Monday. That’s not helpful! What is helpful though is when you keep your word in the first place! I set aside time for this to be done TODAY! I wish I would have written down the guys name who “made the appointment” for me, he clearly needs more on the job training. I was excited to use this company based on their reviews but now I would not recommend this company simply based on the fact that they lack clear communication between one another and that they would not resolve the situation immediately. Horrible! The guy that put my windshield in was either inept or just didn't have any respect for other people's property. Firstly, he didnt have all the tools to do the job (didn't have correct torx bit to remove screws). Then he completely broke the cowl cover, which understandably was dry rotted, so I could look past it. BUT he didn't reinstall the window moldings correctly, didn't put all the screws back in to hold it in place, and scratched the paint on my car! Then if that wasn't bad enough, he tried to buff it out with something that scratched it up even worse! I wouldn't let these guys put another windshield in my car if they paid me! Windshield cost me a couple hundred bucks, and fixing the stuff he broke is going to be another couple hundred! Avoid this place; prices are good, but there will be other unforseen costs.

I wish I could give less stars, but at least the installed the windshield correctly. Their website says up to $150 back with insurance covered windshield replacement, when I called they said they would send out a check for $100 on 8/23/16. On 8/30, they said they finally received payment from the insurance company and the check would be mailed on 8/31. Here it is on 9/2/2016 and I still am waiting on the check. I would recommend going with another company. This place is full of false advertising.
