Had to replace drivers side window. I removed the broken one. Danny's allowed me to purchase the glass and install myself. Other businesses wouldn't let me buy "just the glass". I dealt exclusively with Rachel. BIG THANK YOU to Rachel!! Danny's had the best price for glass. Too bad they don't tint! Thank you again!

I would give them zero stars if I could! Absolutely DO NOT recommend this business. They caused damage to my vehicle in several spots by chipping the car paint all around the windshield frame. They took zero accountability for any of it and said that the damage was their prior to them or that the paint must have just “flaked off” on its own. Are you kidding me?? Now I’m stuck with having to take my vehicle to a repair shop and have it properly repaired so the areas don’t start to rust which is costing me $1100. I attached some pictures that show some of the damage. Please stay away from this business so you don’t end up in the same situation as me.

Never will I ever use a company whose employees, or maybe even the owner, has so little respect for people on the road. It baffles me that a truck with the company name on it would drive recklessly enough to almost get in a wreck with me. It wasn’t a lack of attention, it was a “me first” attitude that makes me sick. If I’m ever asked to recommend an auto glass place, I will be sure to send them somewhere else.

DO NOT COME HERE. GO SOMEWHERE PROFESSIONAL INSTEAD. I came to get my windshield replaced. 2 months later water was leaking in . Also They damaged my car, they ripped the lather in the interior and broke my door handle. I talked to the. About it and they denied doing anything. Horrible horrible customer service. They didn’t want to take any responsibility or even cared about their customers. Avoid it all costs

used Danny's auto glass for years on many of my vehicles for windshield repair and have always done a good job. i don't know what happened on this repair of my chip in the windshield. they had just replaced the windshield recently. i got a chip and took it to them. they said it was repaired. the chip is directly in front of the drivers view. so when i got in the truck, looked at the repair. it did not look repaired but i cant go back in and say you didn't repair my windshield. so i left and 2 weeks later it cracked at the repair, directly where you would expect it to if it wasn't drilled to stop those cracks from continuing. they blamed the cold for it cracking. i have had dozens of chip repairs and never a failure. finally got my now cracked windshield replaced today at another glass shop. i asked them to look at that repair and tell me what they thought was done. he put a piece white paper behind the windshield and said it doesn't look filled or drilled. as i suspected. Danny,s said it was filled when i took it back to them. don't even know why i took it back, i knew they where not going to do anything. just want them to know there repairs that have been good for years are now crap. they did say they would give $150 off my replacement. i spent $300 more to go somewhere else. sorry i don't trust you now.

Bad business. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but you wasted my time—which is far more valuable than the money I was willing to spend. You gave me your word you’d make it right, yet still made it wrong. I’m taking my business elsewhere. It’s been over two weeks of waiting for a new front windshield, and you actually cracked my windshield even more when removing it. If you’re reading this, just go somewhere else and pay their price—don’t fall for lower prices.
