Five years later, I received a letter from my insurance company informing me that Dr. Car Glass is suing them for more money, despite being paid in 2019. This company clearly doesn't care about its customers and is only interested in squeezing more money out of insurance providers. Don't fall victim to their deceptive practices. Spoke with Juan Amador on Mar 14th, took my info and said that a technician would be calling me. Now, Mar 25th and never got that call back. Evidently when you don't have full coverage and you will be paying out of pocket they don't want to deal with you. Don't know how you can you have a 5 star rating. I used another company that follows up with their customers. Waited 3 days for nothing. They wasted my time . I do not recommend this business. UPDATE: I do reviews on businesses that I have contacted because it's a big part of how I decide where to spend my money. My reviews are my experiences with businesses and are straight forward and honest. You had stellar reviews and that's why I contacted you. You mentioned in your reply that I was told you couldn't service my vehicle and could refer me to an independent dealer. So yes we did in fact speak, but your version of the conversation never happened. I stand by my review.

Very good experience with this company, from beginning to end. The person I spoke to on the phone handled everything with the insurance and was very proffesional and quick to reply to any questions I had, he located my glass for my 2023 telluride very quickly and technicians came the same day the glass arrived, technicians were also very professional and polite and did a very good job with the installation and recallibrating the camera. My experience with DR Car Glass was the best. The techs were friendly professional and did a great job with the windsheild replacement. The office staff went over and above to handle my claim quickly and efficiently. I was out of state when a truck kick up a rock and broke my windsheild. I called my agent back home he was still trying to figure out what to do. The staff at DR Car Glass had contacted my insurance schedule my repair sent the techs and finished to job before my agent got started on my claim. Thanks DR Glass.

I recently had the windshield of my Chevy Cruze replaced. I have no issues with the work that was done. The windshield was appropriately replaced and all is well. Dr Car Glass is getting one 1 star because they are OVERBILLING my insurance. They are charging $3200 to replace a windshield on a Chevy Cruze which is insane. Allstate won't pay that amount understandibly. So they are now opting to SUE my insurance. Because of this I do not recommend and won't be using them.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Really too weak customer service... I called them Friday than they booked my project for Monday BTW 11:00am and 3:00pm. I wait all day in home for that. Technician called me at 12:00 for to inform he will be able to be here my place for to replace my windshield around 2:00pm. I said okay but I will be appreciated if any chance to earliest. He called me at 3:15pm he is at Vero Beach, driving to my place :( I canceled appointment and hired another company timely manner also cheapest than this company. They need to educate workers about how provide a good customer service even service would be late than booked timeframe. Argue with a customer is not a professional way. You need to think double when you hire this company
