THE BEST glass place in the area!! By FAR the cheapest. Replaced my windshield AND driver's side window in the same week, and what I paid them for both windows and labor was less than Safelite wanted for only the window not including labor, so price is by far the lowest. Asked to have my windshield replaced and they came the following day to my house and had it replaced within an hour, and did a flawless job. The very next day after I called he had my driver's side window ordered for me and came to my boyfriend's work to install it, both windows brought and installed at the location I requested within 2 days of calling to inquire. Only costed 200 for the windshield, including labor! Unbelievably affordable. Without a doubt the best glass place in the area, I'd recommend them over anyone else in the area, and will absolutely not be shopping anywhere else if I ever need glass again. Not often I'm able to leave such a positive review about a business, but I seriously cannot say enough good things about this place! 😁😁😁❤️❤️❤️

Took my 2024 Nissan Kicks to Doug’s after another glass place didn’t follow their word and do what they said they were gonna do. From the moment I walked into Doug’s everyone was super nice, helpful, and warm. They all wanted to make sure I got my car fixed. They were so friendly, fast, communicative, and did a great job on installing my new windshield. The atmosphere of their office is also inviting and cozy and made me feel at home. Will return here in the future if I need to. They do excellent work!!

We love Doug’s ! And recommend them to everyone we know. They are friendly and very professional arrive when they say are going to and get the job done fast and right! I would recommend that people give them a call and see what they can do before calling anyone else! Today was our 3rd time having them come out ourselves.. but we have recommended to them a bunch of friends and everyone says the same thing!

Our insurance company highly recommended this business for our glass repair (windshield). I contacted them and Beth, who works in the office, was patient and pleasant with answering questions and walking me through a quote as well as scheduling a time for a mobile repair. Jordan replaced our windshield and reinstalled our transponder, etc. It was an excellent experience from start to finish and an excellent value!

Great work and care taken to replace the windshield on our company trucks. Every other glass company we have used in the past has scratched our truck in various places replacing the windshield, but not Doug’s. This is the best company to use if you need a windshield in your vehicle installed and the prices are great! Thank you for the excellent service and quality! We are repeat customers.

Thank you all. Doug and his people are the best. We tried all over Ky. ,Tn. , Illinois, Indiana, to get a windshield installed in our R.V. no one would help us would not touch our R.V. our insurance also tried to call everyone but still no help. So we were told to call Doug's and we did Beth worked with our insurance git everything set up. So we drove from Kentucky to N.C. got our windshield installed and was on our way back to KY.
