It’s good to know that there are still honest hard working people in this crazy world. My son is 31/2 hrs away at college and he had his car vandalized with the back window shattered. I called several places and they all tried to take advantage of me with ridiculous quotes. DMV Auto Glass was the only one to give an appropriate honey quote. He went out to my son’s apartment and did a great job fixing the window. As a parent it’s always worrisome when something happens and you have to trust total strangers. They did a great job. Reasonable prices. Most importantly, they were able to replace the window the same day I called! Someone tried to steal our car while parked at a Metro station. Smashed the side window. We were just visiting the area with plans to leave the next day. I called first thing next morning and they were able to work us in at 10 am if we brought it to the shop (which we did) or later afternoon if mobile. While the shop building/waiting room is truly just a place to sit in an industrial building, we were done in about 30 minutes so it was no big deal. Would highly recommend.

The circumstances surrounding why I needed my glass replaced were unfortunate but Gary definitely helped me get right on track and very quickly. Gary went above and beyond my expectations! My car windshield was hit by a pebble that cracked the glass, which began to spread. I called at least three other auto glass services and Gary was the only one to provide a prompt response. He was on time, professional, and extremely skilled. He not only repaired the windshield, Gary also went out his way to find me some new windshield wipers as my old ones were in bad shape. All of this at a reasonable price.
