I’m genuinely grateful I found DM! After the national auto glass company couldn’t get me scheduled for a week here in Duluth, I called DM yesterday, they were at my house and had the windshield fixed just 16 hours later. The whole team was prompt and professional. I highly recommend DM for anyone needing a windshield replacement in the northland. They’ve earned my business for all my vehicles going forward. The thoughtful notepad they left as a thank you was a nice touch and made the experience even classier. If you’re considering another company, skip the hassle and go straight to DM!

Excellent customer service!!! I brought my 2015 Chevy Impala in just before a snow storm & he knew exactly what the problem was pretty much by me describing it over the phone & looking thru the back window!! Super great service & charges were exceptionally reasonable!! Definitely recommend!!

Highly recommend! I'm a busy college student and they met me in a snow storm at UWS and drove my car to Proctor, fixed the windshield then returned it back before I was out of class. Not to mention they were also 100$ cheaper then any other company in the twin ports. Super nice to not have to worry about it and just to have it done.

I cannot recommend Darin enough. The price was unbeatable, and his customer service was amazing. I gave him a call on Friday, and he fixed it Sunday morning. I had shattered glass all over my trunk, and he vacuumed it all up, even taking the time to clean it out of a blanket and chair. He really went above and beyond.

Darin and Curtis were amazing. The attention to detail during install was more than I could have imagined. Our back glass broke on the vehicle and we had shattered glass everywhere. The pulled the entire door apart and removed every scrap of glass. Cleaned and installed the new glass. We had a problem with the lift gate not opening when they were finished. They found the way to reset the liftgate and in the end made a customer for life.
