I have had several friends refer me to this place several times. I occasionally have something from old Dodge pickups or Farmall tractors that need some window work. They are pretty selective about what they work on, so in turn, they have referred me to other businesses. Finally I had a project they were willing to do and it turned out fabulous. I appreciate when places are selective, when they know their expertise and capabilities and use these skills to turn out superb work. I will continue to come to them first when needing some window work, even if they still occasionally turn me down.

Had multiple conversations about replacing a windshield over a two-week period. Was told to bring my vehicle in two separate times for scheduled appointments only to find out that my replacement windshield was never ordered when I was assured it was after the first failed appointment. After the second failed appointment, the owner was unprofessional and dismissive about the negligence to order the part instead turned the blame towards me. Maybe it was a one-off experience but the customer service and interaction is not something I would recommend to anyone.NegativePunctuality, Professionalism

Took my mustang in for a new windshield and was very pleased with the service. Curtis took the time to price me an aftermarket and original equipment windshield. His quote was very reasonable. He had the glass the next day and back on the road. There wasn’t any sign at all of any glass debris inside or outside my vehicle, took great care of my vehicle. For any glass, paint correction, or ceramic coating I highly recommend CurtisServicesAuto windshield repairPrice assessmentGreat price

I took my oldest to get his windshield replaced and i had my 19month old son with me and the gentlemen there were so kind. They greeted us all with a smile and talked to my lil one every time he said hello. They got it done pretty quickly and were very hospitable. They let us have access to the tv and provided water to us and kept checking in with us to let us know the status of our vehicle. I would definitely go back with any further glass repair issues. Thank you to the two gentlemen for being patient with my lil one and making us comfortable during our wait.

Had a chip in the windshield that I wanted to get fixed before the temps dipped again. They worked me in with short notice and the work was prompt and very affordable. I have used Curt's many times for repairs and new glass, and I always appreciate the workmanship. Thank you and I'll be back!!!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield repair

You won’t receive a better experience than I had here at Curt’s Auto Glass. I contacted them a few weeks ago to replace a windshield on our Mercedes SUV. Dealer quoted $1,950 total, Safelite quoted $1200 total, and Curt’s was less than half of the cheapest quote. The car was done same day - however, the second vehicle (old ford pickup) we used to drop the Mercedes off for repair died right there in their parking lot in front of their garage bays. Embarrassed and frustrated, we tried to jumping the ford and pushing it out of the way in neutral, nothing worked. The battery was toast. I walked in and apologized to Curt himself, and told him I was trying to get a new battery delivered for the ford asap and my girlfriend and I would find a way to get it out of the way of their garage so they can run their business. Curt offered me tools and said no sweat they would work around the ford that was dead and blocking their bays. Eventually we replaced the battery cables that were damaged and for the truck to start and moved it. Shortly after our Mercedes was done and the windshield was looking brand new. That weekend, we drove to OKC and as luck would have it, a rock flung up behind a semi and gave our new windshield a chip the size of a dime. I contacted Curt and he said bring the car down any time. I took the Mercedes back today, and Curt had one of his team members look at the windshield immediately. They offered to repair the windshield and he mentioned to me the normal fee of repairs for chips and the service terms, all which were half the cost of Safelite. While waiting for the gentleman to fix the windshield, Curt and I joked that luck was not on my side since it had not even been two full weeks. I was not even there for 20 minutes until the team member came back in and said he was done and the windshield was repaired. I told them I needed to grab my wallet and they both stated no need as there was no charge for the repair given the circumstance. I sit on the board in some private equity portfolio companies, and most of my career has been spent as an operations executive, recently as COO for a global brand with 650 locations in 30 countries - we have a bit over 5500 employees. I mention this because more than half my time is usually spent trying to improve the customer experience. Curt and his team can be a case study what “great” looks like. Doing the basics BETTER than everyone else. Curt was friendly, responsive, and honest from the first time I contacted him to get a quote. Upon arrival, they were welcoming, swift in their service, and transparent about every step from the process to the price. I told my girlfriend after the first visit I was wowed and I added to my “to do list” to write Curt a nice review on google. I got caught up in work and a conference in phoenix, and then experienced the second chip in the windshield - and I am glad we did. Once again, Curt was friendly, empathetic, and his team got me in and out of their garage. Not once did they ask me for a review, price haggle, etc. The opposite - they were friendly and treated me like family, offered me tools, repaired the windshield (which honestly now doesn’t even look like a chip, looks 10X better), and once again just greeted me hello and goodbye like normal. I rarely receive this quality of service in airport lounges, as a top loyalty member with Delta or United Airlines, and Ambassador member with Marriott, recent stays on vacation with 5 star hotels, I mean it’s a common joke now a days that we are all (as consumers) just happy that a flight attendant showed up to work - let alone, if you get eye contact or a smile from a customer service rep. Companies like Curt’s Auto Glass remind us that excellent service is the most powerful driver of future customers and retaining existing ones. I will go out of my way to rave about this place and the people who run the show. Thank you Curt and Team - hope to see you guys in the community (not for a third repair 😂) -Justin
