They charged me double what I had payed before to replace a window regulator cable, and told me to return the next day because they needed to order the part. I waited 2 days, then was told by the receptionist that the boss was not in and I would have to return the next day. After I drove back to the other side of town, the receptionist called to say they had found the part. I waited until the next day, and was greeted by an unfriendly lady who told me to sit down and wait. I sat for an hour and no one touched my car. When I went to the desk, a different lady told me she was unaware that I was waiting. An employee who had been standing around outside came in and said he had not been told to install the part. My keys were sitting on the desk exactly where I had left them when I spoke to the first lady. I have been here for an hour and a half and I am still waiting.

Took a truck to get the front windshield fixed and called prior to ensure the part was there. Took me an hour to drive there from out of town and waited almost 5 hours for them to replace the windshield. The receptionist was very unprofessional and rude and I observed while they fixed my windshield. They stepped all over my truck, chipped paint with their tools and materials all over my hood and still left residue of glue on my truck. I let them know about the problem and they STILL took over an hour to "fix" the problem. Definitely taking my other vehicle elsewhere.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They lack professionalism at the very basic levels. I called on Thursday and scheduled an appointment for an install for yesterday(friday) at 1:30pm and they never showed up. Nobody even bothered to call. When WE called them at almost closing time, we were told that their truck had broken down and they would be here today at 9am. Again nobody showed up. At 10am I called them again and was told 15 minutes and then the lady tried to tell me that they came yesterday and we weren't here. When I corrected her and repeated the story she told me yesterday about the truck, she got rude with me and said that they would be here in 15 minutes. At 10:30, again, we called and were told that she didn't know where the installers were or when they'd be here. At a little after 11, as we were on the phone with their competitor scheduling an appointment, they FINALLY showed up and it literally took maybe 20 minutes. We were put on hold for almost 24 hours with no phone call and not so much as an apology over a 20 minute job and for our troubles we were told that they would waive the sales tax. I plan to tell EVERYONE that will listen how bad this company is. Don't waste your time because that's ALL they're going to do is waste your time. It's a shame because I wanted to like this company because they have decent prices, but if I have to pay a little more to not have this experience again, it's worth it to me.

Worst experience I have ever had doing business with anyone. I went and bought my part to save money and brought my car to them based off a recommendation. First the owner said they couldn’t finish the job that day because they needed to take my parts and “fix” them. I waited till the next day to bring my car only to be told they are too busy to work on it. They lied and said they would fix it the next week 6 months later and almost 12 attempts to fix my car and they are now lying and saying they lost my parts and the owner wasn’t return any of my phone calls. The lady at the desk is rude and doesn’t want to do her job. They are scammers and they will take your money.

I went into Cuba auto glass to get my window replaced. They had ordered the replacement window. I paid them already ahead of time. I paid $140 They called me to let me know the window had came in. I went in to get it replaced turns out they had ordered the wrong window. My car has a chrome outline to it. And the window they had bought doesn’t. They had told me that they were gonna continue to look for the one that matches my car, They never got in touch with me.A week had gone I called asking about it, and he stated to come in if I wanted to get it replaced with the wrong one, that he can’t find the right one .I had let him know that I found one on eBay so I ordered it. I went in to get it replaced with the window that I purchased on my own and he stated that he could not give me my money back for the one that they ordered wrong because it was a special ordered window and they can no longer return it so he gave me the window and suggested I sell it on eBay.

The absolute best place in El Paso to get your windshield replaced. We never go anywhere else. Exterior and location may be a bit rough but the customer service & excellent work makes up for it. Melanie in the office is always on top of everything. Prices are affordable & always the best deal by far. I've been coming here for 3 years by recommendation from family who has been using Cuba Auto Glass for over 10 years. Please remember this is a LOCAL business and they do get booked up quick. If you call early enough you may be able to wait for your car to get done on the day they schedule the appointment. It's a skilled labor intensive job so patience is important, expect to wait at least 1 to 3 hours. There's a Peter Piper Pizza, Circle K, Starbucks, & Fox Plaza all within walking distance.
