Complete Auto Glass

These guys were great! They do good work, quickly, and don't take advantage of their customers. My window stopped working after a recent cold snap/snow storm. The glass was frozen, and wouldn't move when I tried to roll it down. A few minutes later, the window fell into the door, and would not come back up. I thought that the car might need a new motor or regulator, but wasn't really sure. When I called and spoke with Caesar, he offered to look for the part at a salvage yard. He was able to locate the part for me, and scheduled a pick up for the next day. I brought the car by the shop in the meantime, and the tech looked at the issue for me. It turned out that the window was fine, and just needed to be reconnected with the regulator. The tech put it all back together in under an hour, and they only charged me a flat (and reasonable) service fee. These guys are honest, and don't charge for work you don't need. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

A few years back (January 2015) I had my window replaced by them, the service was fast and quick. What I got out of it was a disaster. The tech who replaced my window left glue and finger print marks on my car. To this day I still have his finger prints on my car. The white glue residue won't wash off on the interior. The tech didn't fully clean out the broken glass, so when I lowered and raised my window I could hear the remains scrapping against the new window. I called them and had them re-service my window. As of 07/08/2018 I still have pieces of glass from my old window in the door. And the glue residue still remains. After re-servicing the new tech informed me that the first tech unplugged my speaker wires and didn't even bother to plug them back in. Even after going in for a second time, they did not address the finger prints on exterior of my car, or the glue residue on the interior. On the plus note the 5”3 lady (maybe Carmen?) in the 20s-30s was very great, and had great customer skills.

An absolutely pleasant experience. I am so pleased with my service from Complete Auto Glass, they easily earned 5 stars. The sales manager, Tony, was very quick to respond with a well-informed quote and scheduling--even being flexible with my schedule. The 100% free mobile service was a huge plus. A wonderful technician, Julio, was very fast and efficient at replacing my windshield. He explained what he was doing, why, and showed he knew a lot about what he was doing. He was also easy to engage in friendly conversation with which is a huge plus in my opinion. The whole service took about 20 minutes. It was really convenient and professional. Payment was also simple and I know have a lifetime warranty and a free chip repair should I need it. I'm extremely pleased and would recommend this service to anyone.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! From the very first call, they were incredibly friendly and supportive. Even after I agreed to their already fair quote, I asked if they could offer a bit more of a discount, and to my surprise, they lowered the price twice—without me even having to negotiate again. That level of customer care is rare! The service itself was flawless. They arrived on time, honored the discount, and even came to my location—something I didn’t realize they could do. I had assumed I’d need to drive to their shop, which would have been over half an hour each way, so this was a huge convenience. Justin, the technician, was fantastic. He was punctual, friendly, and took the time to communicate everything clearly. He completed the job quickly and even vacuumed up the broken glass from the incident, leaving everything spotless. I genuinely appreciated his effort and wish I had more to tip him. Completely happy with the experience—highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto glass repair! Will definitely hit them up again for my cracked windshield.

Easy to schedule, got us scheduled within a week, affordable prices, great warrenty! My technician Justin was very friendly and professional, he was patient when I didn’t understand some things and he went over them in detail so I could understand. I mean how many people know exactly what comes with repairing their windshield. Anyways, he was patient and gave me the time it’d take for the replacement, which was like 30-40 mins! So fast! I was expecting like an hour. He went over the Warrenty and what’s included in the price I paid. Check out was easy and I got a receipt. We spend a lot of time on the interstate and have had two new windshields and two chip repairs in the last three years. We found Complete Auto Glass very early on and have used them for all this work. They work you in for service very quickly and are efficient in getting it done. if you ask them to look for a best price for your new windshield, they can usually find a source that costs you much less. Our chip repair done today was completed in about 20 minutes and no charge with warranty from our recent windshield purchase.
