Colorado Windshield Company

This company was the WORST company I have ever dealt with!! The installer showed up on time the first day.... The windshield he brought was not the right size, so he loaded up my old windshield with the promise that he would be back the next morning..... The next day came and went with a phone call around 5 PM telling me he didn't have the right epoxy, and would again be out the next day.... The next day and 3 days later came and went with no phone call, no show, will not answer or return any calls. I called another company to get my windshield replaced, only to find out that the original installer took my wiper botls that hold the wipers on, and the cow clips that hold the frame to the wipers. He also cracked the frame. I left messages on the company phone, installer phone and Facebook messenger. Not a single response! Do NOT use this company!!! I had a positive experience. I found a sticky note on my car while at work saying 'call me about your car'. I couldn't see any damage but I called out of curiosity and found out it was the Colorado Windshield Company. The person I spoke with was pleasant, and provided a (competitive) quote to replace my windshield. After a little research I decided to give them a shot. We scheduled a date and time for the techs to come to my house. They showed up on time and were professional and pleasant to talk to. They were done inside of 30 min. I'm pleased with the quality of the work, as well as getting it done for a reasonable price. I have an auto darkening mirror that was re-installed to the new windshield without any issues.

Pleased with this company from the initial phone call to the install. Crew arrived on time and found me a good spot to perform the work (in a busy townhome complex). The team of two was very professional in making sure that my rearview was affixed properly and they gave me great follow-up advice to make sure that the glass set properly. Cost quoted was right on the money and much lower than I was expecting for new glass for a 90's Grand Cherokee. Will recommend to all of my friends and coworkers! Also, I did my service on a weekend but they were ready and able to do an install at the parking lot at work! Just keep in mind that parking garages can be tough as they need space to work, that's why I scheduled weekend service at home.

Just stick to a reliable company. I've had two jobs for these guys and just dealing with them to get out to my house was one excuse after another because they clearly don't care about their customers and will not at all go out of the way to make your experience even close to fair. They don't set appointments and make you wait for them to call you and tell you if they will decide to come your way or not. Getting information and waiting for a response is just a no, everytime I had to call back to check on what's the situation. So jobs never got done and they have the absolute worst customer service I have to deal with. Seriously do not waste your time.

I scheduled to have a window replacement from this company and had to reschedule twice. They replaced the windshield but later in the day I noticed something that look like a smudge on the windshield. A few days later, I finally went to the car wash, and I realize that the smudge were actually tiny scratches. It looked like the windshield was leaning up against something. Almost a week after I had the windshield replaced, I contacted the company to let them know about the scratches. Immediately they put the blame on me and told me that the windshield likely received the scratches when I was on the road, which is ridiculous. I guess with this company the concept of, the Customer is always right, doesn’t apply.

This company is like a nightmare . Myself a senior with recent knee replacement, my minor grandson 13, my adult daughter had to help install a rear window in a truck for 3 hrs because he had either wrong glass or wrong seal . We stretched for 3 hrs trying to get the seal on the glass. While he got paid extra we did not !! He tore down the head liner , left shattered glass inside and out . No attempt to clean up anything .left glass filthy and the seat filthy hands all over . The glass seems compromised to me with the seal not entirely covering as the old one had plus a seal stretched so tightly for 3 hrs I think it's stressed . The owners takes no responsibility or cares . He's oblivious . I told him to make it right I need them to install the correct window , the correct seal , clean up and fix headliner and opology for the stress .but I get nothing
