Colorado Windshield Company

I had a positive experience. I found a sticky note on my car while at work saying 'call me about your car'. I couldn't see any damage but I called out of curiosity and found out it was the Colorado Windshield Company. The person I spoke with was pleasant, and provided a (competitive) quote to replace my windshield. After a little research I decided to give them a shot. We scheduled a date and time for the techs to come to my house. They showed up on time and were professional and pleasant to talk to. They were done inside of 30 min. I'm pleased with the quality of the work, as well as getting it done for a reasonable price. I have an auto darkening mirror that was re-installed to the new windshield without any issues.

This company is like a nightmare . Myself a senior with recent knee replacement, my minor grandson 13, my adult daughter had to help install a rear window in a truck for 3 hrs because he had either wrong glass or wrong seal . We stretched for 3 hrs trying to get the seal on the glass. While he got paid extra we did not !! He tore down the head liner , left shattered glass inside and out . No attempt to clean up anything .left glass filthy and the seat filthy hands all over . The glass seems compromised to me with the seal not entirely covering as the old one had plus a seal stretched so tightly for 3 hrs I think it's stressed . The owners takes no responsibility or cares . He's oblivious . I told him to make it right I need them to install the correct window , the correct seal , clean up and fix headliner and opology for the stress .but I get nothing

Absolutely PLEASED with this company! Matt and Jeff and the technician Eric took care of my car so so so well. They understood and were compassionate about my time and budget constraints to a degree I can't imagine! They even matched another quote I got from a different company! in addition, when the job was done there was confusion about how I was paying and they returned my call VERY QUICKLY and made sure everything was okay within a 2 minute phone call! Eric explained EXACTLY how to treat my new windsheid to keep it long lasting and was VERY good at his job as well! I AM SO GLAD I found them online! I will definitely use this service again! Just stick to a reliable company. I've had two jobs for these guys and just dealing with them to get out to my house was one excuse after another because they clearly don't care about their customers and will not at all go out of the way to make your experience even close to fair. They don't set appointments and make you wait for them to call you and tell you if they will decide to come your way or not. Getting information and waiting for a response is just a no, everytime I had to call back to check on what's the situation. So jobs never got done and they have the absolute worst customer service I have to deal with. Seriously do not waste your time.

So I had my windshield replaced by Colorado windshield company on June 2nd or the beginning of June. I decided to go with Colorado windshield company because they gave me the best quote out of several other companies. Upon the initial replacement of the windshield, everything went good. They came out to my job and did the replacement while I was at work which was highly convenient. However, several days after the windshield was replaced I went to the car wash and water leaked in from the top driver side corner. I reached out to them again to let them know what was happening. They reached out back to me and told me that they would have somebody come back and fix that. They did come back to fix it. However, while the leak was getting fixed, the siding plastic was broken. The technician didn't own up to the incident, the technician didn't tell me anything and I had to find out that it was broken when I hopped in my car to drive home from work later on that day. I then reached out to them again and expressed what the issue was. it did take a while for the issue to be resolved. But they have replaced the piece that was cracked, and I am very satisfied with the way that the issue was handled. The technician was very professional, and they did keep their word. At the end of the day they took care of or was needed to take care of, I understand that sometimes things happen, and I would recommend this company to others and also use them in the future if needed.

Don't bother! I scheduled two windshields for two cars at the same time and they didn't show and when they tried to call, they called the wrong house, not where the replacements were to take place. When I rescheduled for the next day, I was told that I could pick a time and they would accommodate me for a specific time rather than just telling me a morning or afternoon because of the inconvenience. I picked 1:00 and nobody showed again. When I called at 1:30 to find out if they were coming, I had to wait for their sub-contractor to call me back at which time he told me he had put me for his last service call as I had requested an afternoon appointment. When I told him the time was to be 1:00, he became combative and nasty and hung up on me. I called both the office and the scheduler and left messages and didn't even get the courtesy of an apology!
