I had them put in a moon roof back in 2006. I was unhappy with how the interior roof linear was just stretch over the system and wasn’t attached to anything in the middle. They assured me that it would be an issue and that it wouldn’t sag etc. 2010 the material started to come loose, I took it in and they repaired it for free and on top of that replaced my moon roof due to a recall. I knew then theses guys are great. At the same time they notice a chip in the window and repaired that as well. Great place, great service. 2016 I sold the truck and everything still looked great.

Don't bring your car here. I had a hard time finding a shop to work on my Volvo convertible. I was referred to Coffman by an other shop. Glad I took my car in. Everyone was nice and honest. I will be bringing my car back for sure. That was my thoughts until I got my car home. They did more damage to my car they either disconected something or forced my convertible top open without unlocking it. Now I can't even move it manually. When I questioned them about what happened, I was given the run around. I thought something was up when they told me they were not going to charge the inspection fee, $180. I gave them a chance to fix the issue, I know stuff happens and would have been happy if they just owned up and fixed it. They have yet returned my calls and when I call I get the run around. Don't bring your car here. Most mechanics would go online to figure out what they might not know, I guess that thought never crossed his mind.

My husband took his car there for sunroof repair was told that it'll only take 2 days. It was there over 2 weeks kept given him the run around why they haven't gotten to the car. when they finally started the owner came in to find the roof not fix and didn't know where his workers were, my husband was given another story after 2 more days and the owner told my husband he has to order a part but part never came so he got a used sunroof after 2 weeks he was told he would have the car ready on that Monday but Monday came and told his would be ready the next morning wrong got it that afternoon. Worst experience ever after my husband got his car back only having to see it had water stain even after I told my husband to call because we got so much rain he better make sure they park it inside because the roof was partially open and we had it store in the garage at home. They wouldn't take responsibility on the water spots. I wouldn't recommend any one here

Back in 2018 they installed a new windshield in my motorhome. While driving home after picking it up in the driving rain, water was pouring in! I called them as soon as I got home. The man who answered the phone refused to believe me and belligerently insisted that it was not leaking. I had to ask for the manager. I was able to bring it back and they grudgingly fixed it. Fast forward to today and the windshield feels a bit loose when I wash it and there is a small leak in the center of it. AVOID THIS PLACE if possible. They clearly don't care about doing their jobs correctly and are offended when confronted with their indifference.

Do not trust these people! Complete scammers. My powered sunroof was stuck open. Randy “looked” at it. He literally walked outside looked at it and didn’t touch anything! It took him less than 5 minutes to diagnose. I was expecting him to pull it into their garage and do a thorough inspection like a normal auto shop, and give a proper diagnosis. But nope. He ASSUMED it was the cables that were jammed up. I was then told they needed to order parts and would call me with the quote. In the mean time I took it to another shop who THOROUGHLY inspected it. Turns out nothing was broken! All they did was clear dirt and debris out the way and it closed perfectly and works just fine! Then I get a call back from Coffman quoting me THOUSANDS of dollars for each part that they needed to order to fix the issue. And was also told that RANDY said the tracks were crooked And needed to be replaced. No MF, YOU’R crooked! F this place.

I have a Chrysler 300 and a manufacturers defect makes the door panels separate from the frame of the door. They attempted to fix it once and it didn't work. I called them and they told me to bring it back. I brought it back and they found a way to fix my car! I was so happy with there tenacity because I know it wasn't an easy fix. So if your #Chrysler or #Charger starts to have interior issues take it #Coffmans. They are awesome ☺️
