Clear Cut Auto Glass

Well i called friday the man said he would call me monday to set up appointment... well never got a call monday so i called concerned maybe they misplaced phone number or order. Well the man i tt was short and nasty w me. But i shrugged it off as he was busy ill wait for him to call at the end if the day cause he said he would. Well no call.... so monday I get a text ill be out this afternoon ill call when on my way. Ok cool never cam 645 i call hey whats up. Oh i was just gonna call you, today isnt good ill come tom late afternoon after being short w me yet again. Once again no call no show. My time is important too. Have the courtesy to give a call or a text. This is no way to conduct business. I give them an f rating. For failure to show up

Man, I can’t say enough good about Rob and the work that he did. Great communication and clear expectations made the whole process of getting a windshield replacement far less of a chore than I expected it to be. He handled everything around my schedule and kept me apprised of every step of the process- Clear Cut is the only place I’m willing to recommend moving forward for anyone who needs auto glass work done.

Highly recommend! Rob showed up right on time to replace my windshield due to cracks from road debris. Did a great job in a very timely manner and left no evidence of even touching my truck. I'll absolutely use clearcut in the future if i need any glasswork done.

Rob was great!!! He arrived on time, was pleasant and professional. He ordered the correct windshield for my vehicle, installed without difficulty…. In my driveway….thats awesome!!! Most importantly, registration and inspection stickers are aligned perfectly.

This guy is rude if you question his work. Also, he doesn't guarantee getting your stickers off, even though everywhere else does like safelite or other places. He says he is, " not legally obligated " to do so. Plan on a trip to dmv and getting your car reinspected I guess, even though other places get them off no problem. Just like other comments on here, I would say he is rude as well.
