Fantastic customer service! I was in KC from out of town, and my passenger side window was broken into and blown out. This company went above and beyond to find the glass I needed when no one else said it could be done. They met me within 40 minutes of finding the piece of glass and repaired immediately, allowing me to leave my meeting, and get back on the road with no interruption. From initial phone call to completed service was only a few hours! After a rough start to my day, it ended on a high note knowing that this company went above and beyond to help me in a pinch. Highly recommend for any auto glass needs.

After having my rear driver window smashed on Saturday, Jesse promptly got back to me on a price and day that he could come fix my window, which happened to be the very following Monday! He was very responsive, punctual, professional, and quick to work. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. From an absolutely drab situation to good as new within a few days, that’s what I call great customer service. (Oh, and great prices, too!)

Two side windows on my car were broke out while at work on a Friday. Classic Auto Glass came in with a cheaper bid AND could come to our house to replace them Saturday morning instead of having to drop my car off on Monday and miss work. Customer service was absolutely amazing! He even vacuumed up all the old glass!!! Highly recommend this company!!!

After the big storm I predicted I would be waiting a week at least for a new windshield. Classic Auto Glass came to my broken car the next business day and had very competitive rates and great service! Other businesses were quoting it a lot higher and 7-10 day wait time. Jesse has repaired a number of cracked windshields for me. Most recently he replaced a full front windshield for my car. He comes directly to my workplace or home to do these jobs. He does quality work, is responsive and reasonably priced.

I used Classic Auto glass to replace our windshield in our box truck. He was quick to come out and extremely reasonable on price. The next day we noticed the molding had come out from between the windshield and frame. I have not been able to get a hold of these guys since, despite leaving a voicemail and call multiple times. I had even left a review 6 months ago and the owner responded that he would have gladly fixed it if only he had known.I deleted the review after seeing his response but after several more text and voicemails I still have not received a call back. I have scheduled another company to come install a new molding. They will need to remove the windshield to install the molding.
