Proudly give Chip's Auto Glass in Reynolds a five star for replacing my windshield on April 14. We made a trip to Macon for a repair and it wasn't successful. Got an estimate which was extremely high and they would not come to our location. Stopped by Bedgood State Farm and they highly recommended Chips. I called and yes, they made trip to Hawkinsville! The technician, as per my husband, was so polite and knowledgeable. He definitely took his job seriously. This was on a 2025 Palisade which has so many additions connected with Windshield. He did a superb job making sure all were in working properly. Thanks to the tech. Sorry I don't have his name but he needs to be applauded.

Our RV windshield was broken during our last trip. Our State Farm adjuster sent us to Chips Auto Glass, Reynolds, GA for a windshield replacement. The customer service is top notch. They communicated with us every step of the way. They advised us when our windshield arrived at their shop, we scheduled the drop off day and two days later advised us it was ready for pick up just as expected. When you have an RV you learn that most repair shops will have you bring it in and then they put you in queue and you never know when you will get your RV back. Chips Auto Glass does not operate like that. Our replacement was perfect. I highly recommend them.ServicesAuto windshield repair

GREAT JOB! Had to replace our RV's cracked windshield and got very lucky with a recommendation for "Chips Auto Glass". We could not have asked for a better team of professionals, who worked hard to do the job right, then cleaned up nicely afterwards. This was a difficult job since the glass had previously been replaced and not done correctly by the Forest River factory. This team worked so hard to remove the old glass and clean the area very well before setting in the new windshield...going above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. Also, when we called to get this replaced we found other companies that would not take the job, but "Chips Autoglass" took on the task and did a really great job... thank you, Justin and Kevin!

I am so glad I chose Chip's to replace my cracked windshield. I had been struggling with a national brand windshield repair service for weeks. Chip's was able to replace my windshield in just a few hours. Great service by Dawn, who took care of everything for me. I didn't realize how great it is to be driving with a clean, clear windshield again! If I ever have issues with a windshield again, I'll call Chip's first.

I wrote a review earlier on this company. I had to say I was mad when I wrote it. So I am going to redo this review because sometime when mad you make things out to be worse than they really were. They did move to make everything good with me. There was some miscommunication on the quote I had gotten, when it was said and done it turned out to be fine. They do charge you a fee to use a credit card, so be aware of that, as they do not tell you that upfront. They just opened up a office in Taylor County Georgia. I needed a windshield replaced in a step van. Those are some big pieces of glass. They were very fast at getting it done and even offered me a ride home if I could not get anyone to follow me to drop off the step van. It was completed the next day. They done a great job on the windshield, I wish they would have checked all the glass though as a side glass is out of the window gasket and I could have got them to fix that while it was there. I think there will be a few kinks to work out with opening another office in a new location. So if you need some glass work done I would give them a try and see what you think of their service. I would say though get the estimate in writing so you can CYA.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

If I had known everything, I would have chosen someone else. Chip's Auto Glass has small signs all over the town I live in. I had a small chip in my front windshield and thought I'd give them a call. I called on a Monday and the receptionist said there wouldn't be anyone in my area until Friday. No problem - booked for Friday. When I asked how much it would be, she stated, "$65." On Tuesday, I got a message from the tech asking when they could come by to fix my window. The car was at work with me in a place they couldn't get to it. Had I known Tuesday was the day, I would have left it home. Clearly poor communication. On Friday they showed up, fixed the window, and charged $89.94. What wasn't disclosed was a "Fuel Charge," or a credit card fee. That's almost $25 over the quoted price. I understand taxes. In today's day and age, I don't understand passing the credit card fee to the customer, and I certainly don't agree with passing the fuel cost to the customer 1. when you have small yard signs all over their town, and 2. when you don't disclose the extra fee.
