Quick story: I called with a same day request for a windshield replacement. I was able to get in touch with the owner, Dan. He and I crossed paths about 6 months ago and shared a brief but pleasant conversation while taking him to his destination in my taxi cab. Dan came back into town again about 2 months ago and landed in my cab again. I took a business card. Fast forward, I needed his assistance today. He took my vin# and called back in minutes, letting me know that he had my windshield and would send an associate today to replace my old one. I met Mr. Rubén C. Who, in the rain, was able to fix my situation. He was very professional and kind. Asked if I had any questions and wrapped up in 30 or so minutes. If you are freaking out about what to do over your windshield being damaged this company is who you want to call! I had a bad crack after a rock was slung at my window during my morning commute. Dan got back to me super quickly and also sat with me on the phone with my insurance to help make sure everything was taken care of. This level of care and guidance was a huge weight off my shoulders! Then Iziah came out and replaced my windshield and was super flexible with scheduling changes as I had gotten sick over the weekend as well. Iziah did an amazing job and the new windshield looks beautiful. He was super communicative with me too and also ensured all my questions were answered. I am seriously so glad that I reached out to them!!

I've used ChipPros before with great success. I wanted to leave another review to thank Nate for his help yesterday. He communicated well with me and when we met up for him to fix my windshield, he informed me that the type of crack I had was not able to be sealed on the spot. I needed to have my windshield replaced. He informed me that insurance can sometimes cover windshield glass, which was news to me. I am so grateful for his help especially since it is the second time I've had to replace my windshield in 6 months. He was very kind and helpful. I also spoke with the owner when setting up my original appointment with Nate. He was also very helpful, informative, and kind.

Highly recommend ChipPros... Unbeatable customer service! Dan responded to my inquiry late on a Thursday night, and had a tech out to work on my windshield the very next morning. Kris, the tech, texted me the morning of with a timeframe. He asked if he could even show up earlier than his window, which worked great for me! Kris did a thorough inspection of my windshield and educated me on the minor glass damage.. wasn't a full chip, but just surface pitting on the glass. He said he would take care of it for me, at no charge! Who does that amazing customer service anymore? ChipPros!! Will recommend them to all my friends and family.
