I got hit with a large rock on I29, that left a huge crack, that became bigger over a few days. Chips happens, but this crack required a full replacement. They had a replacement windshield within 24hours at an amazing price. I drove around and got estimates and no one came close to their great price and their 6 month warranty on future chips. They were willing to go out of their way to provide me a ride to and from work, and they were super polite. I am very grateful and they have a loyal customer for years to come. Thanks guys!!!!

they replaced the windshield in my explorer. They broke the trims on the sides so they silconed & electrical taped them in place. when we were driving they blew off. when I went and asked them about it they told me yea that happens with those cars and that they wouldn't replace them. they were $400 at Ford. wasn't real thrilled about that experience. we have also had dakotaland replace this windshield and the trim pieces didn't break and there wasn't a extra $400 bill from ford.

Bored teenagers with no respect for property value broke out the back window of my car (and the windows of about 30 other people who live in my neighborhood). I called several places for quotes and not only was Certified Auto Glass the best priced, they got me in SUPER QUICK. My window looks like brand-new and I was without my car for less than 24 hours. Awesome experience.

Excellent experience. Came in the day before for an estimate, liked what I heard, and they had me booked the next day. Dropped off the vehicle at 12, expecting to take several hours (because of recalibration), and was pleasantly surprised to receive phone call that my car was ready, just a couple of hours later. Hope that I will not need their services again, but if I do need my windshield repaired in the future, I would gladly return.

The staff was very conscientious and communicative during every step of the process; they truly made a bad situation a much more pleasant experience. I had a back window put in by this business.Less than 4 Months later the window shattered on its own. They could have possibly installed wrong or sold defective glass. When I asked them about it they said that it was a rock. There was no other vehicles around when it shattered.
