Cedar Valley Auto Glass

I've taken three vehicles here for rock chip repairs. They're kind enough to tell you if it does or doesn't need filling/repair for no charge. Of the three cars I've taken, they have filled/repaired two windshields with rock chips. They are quick, courteous, and priced right. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else for glass work. A friend also took his car there for a windshield and they did a great job for a great price for him as well.

These folks are the epitome of quality and customer service. They went above and beyond for me and my company, this type of service is unheard of, especially in 2023. not to mention the lovely Miss in the office, she itemized and separated all my invoiced and even put vehicle numbers on the invoices. Excellent service and prices! I called several businesses in the area and they had the best prices and were the most friendly. Went in for a chip [with some cracking less than the size of a quarter] quoted $32 before coming in. They quickly explained the process before taking the keys and that the chip will still be visable after the fix. Showed up 15 min early still got right in took about 30 min, and charged the $32 they quoted. Super friendly, and fast service! Will be going back if I ever need this service again.

I thought I had a crack in my windshield. Turns out it was a scratch caused by my wipers, but nothing more serious than that. Before I found out, I had called CV Auto Glass to order a windshield for replacement. After I dropped my car off, they let me know I didn't have an issue. I didn't pay a fee for the part they ordered, or for their time, and they cleaned my windshield and offered to see if they could get the scratch out. They were understanding about my mistake, kind, and pleasant to work with. I've seen them before, when I did have a crack. Their service was prompt (car was ready in 1.5 hours) and professional, and they gave me a fair price for the replacement parts and labor. If you have a cracked or broken windshield in the CF-Waterloo area, CV Auto Glass is the place to go.

I believe this is the 3 or 4 windshield that I have had replaced by Gina and Jim. They got me right in with my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. Their prices are lower than anywhere I have checked. I keep returning due to their great prices, and professional and friendly service!!! Also I have "easter eggs" (stickers by Jeep on my windshield) I orders replacements from Etsy. When they change out the windshield knew I would lose them) Jim replaced the jeep stickers perfectly!!! Everything is good as new!!
