They saved our bacon... Windshield was vandalized in our only vehicle... Took it to a local body shop... That shop didn't order the glass and never communicated with us as we waited... Let us drive around all week with tape on the back windshield frightened each day that we would be pulled over...Safelight shop assigned to us after that was taking too long to coordinate a schedule with us and their system wouldn't let us call their shop directly... Called Cascade... They had our glass in stock... Had a full schedule that week but rearranged it to have a tech come out to our house the next day! So nice... Couldn't be happier with them.

My experience with this company is not a happy one. I called in response to an advertised offer for some dining certificates, and they told me they were out of the ones I asked for. The ad that hit my mailbox 3 weeks later states the same offer. (False advertising and perhaps even bait and switch). They instead offered me some other certificates. We scheduled an appointment and when the technician arrived, he had the wrong windshield gasket for my vehicle. So, they called and rescheduled for the job with the correct parts. The day before the appointment, I got another call asking me to move my appointment time. I moved it, and lo and behold, they got the wrong part again! They of course blamed the parts supplier. Someone named Mike called and offered me an "advertising check" if I went ahead and gave them another chance. Well, they managed to get my windshield done on the 3rd appointment. So, I have waited the offered 7-10 days for my certificates and "check" with nothing. Needless to say, my experience has not been pleasant. There are plenty of auto glass companies out there, and I would recommend you try someone else!

I'd like to start out my review by apologizing to the technician for having to deal with the mess that was my previous windshield on the hottest day of the year so far. I didn't catch his name, but if the PO number gets him some recognition, it's 3143254. I had scheduled an appointment to have my windshield replaced on Friday of last week. I got a phone call from Cascade Auto Glass that morning saying that my new windshield came in, but it had a significant scratch, so they wanted to order a new one and reschedule the install for today. While some people might get a little frustrated about this, I was actually happy about it, as there are too many companies that would have just installed it and hoped that I didn't notice. Whoever had installed the windshield that the technician was replacing had done a terrible job, turning what could have been a 30-minute replacement into an hour-and-a-half. It was 100+ degrees outside, and I wasn't about to make him sit out there while I chilled in my air conditioned apartment, so I stuck around and suffered with him while he did his thing. The technician was friendly and professional, and did a great job replacing the windshield. He even cleaned up the scratches and mess left by the last replacement. I don't normally leave reviews, but I was seriously impressed with Cascade Auto Glass all the way from my initial phone call to them, to the installation of the new windshield. Keep it up, guys! I'll be sending business your way!

Wow! I was referred by a friend and needed my windshield replaced and recalibrated. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, having to get something fixed can make me a little nervous . The office staff and technician staff were so kind and welcoming when I had my initial appointment. After 2 weeks I noticed what sounded like a wind leak and my calibration was not working quite right so we made an appointment to get it looked at. Again, the team was so kind and were so quick to fix the issue. (Don’t let this deter you, my car would be the finicky one!) This place takes pride in their work and their care is evident in how they treat their clients. Definitely check them out.

Cascade Auto Glass, and Luis, just replaced my windshield on my Infiniti M35X, and they did a wonderful job. Luis was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job, and Cascade was by far more professional and had much better costumer service. I highly recommend you give them a chance before you go to SafeLite. My experience with them, start to finish, was exceptional. After 2 cancelled appointments, and 3 times having the price raised through SafeLite, I decided to give other companies an opportunity to earn my business. SafeLite was only my choice because I was under the impression that because they were biggest, they would be the best priced and most efficient. Boy was I wrong. I called Cascade and they gave me an accurate quote the first time, and also gave me an accurate installation appointment on my first call. This was before I informed them of my issues with SafeLite. The price was comparable (a little more through Cascade; $405 vs $389), but Cascade was also able to do this at my location which SafeLite wasn’t. SafeLite initially quoted me $299 and gave me an appointment for 7-25-2020, and then cancelled the day before because “we quoted you too low of a price”, after rescheduling for 8-6-2020 for $330(after it was raised again from the second price of $310) they cancelled the day before because they needed a part they didn’t order that was going to cost me an additional $59. Their inability to pay attention to detail lead me to call Cascade and it was my(and Cascades) gain. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and will be calling to let them know how well their technician Luis did and how professional he was. 5 stars is the perfect way to explain my experience.PositivePunctuality, Quality, ProfessionalismServicesAuto windshield replacement

Had a great experience getting two windows replaced. Peggy, in the front office, was so nice and made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Chad did the work on my windows and was quick and did a great job. It’s been a few weeks and I’ve had no problems. He also did a fantastic job of cleaning the glass out of the car, which I really appreciate. I also loved that they could get me scheduled so quickly. My insurance had sent me to another company that not only scheduled me a couple weeks out, but also sent me to a location incredibly far away, clear across town, when I had asked to go to a specific location. When I called to fix that they wanted to schedule me even further out. There was no way I was going to drive around with missing windows for three weeks so I called Cascade. They got me in, at the location I requested, two days later. I will always call them first if I have another auto glass need.
