BEST mobile service! My college son's car windshield broke, which was claimed for insurance; the receptionists were professional & immediately responsive, scheduled to dispatch mobile service right next day. My kid was busy all day @ school (lives alone in Columbia far away from family), so mobile service was the best option, but still hard to believe the tech came on time just next day, completed windshield replacement 100% to our satisfaction with such a sincerity. It was a day before Valentine Day; my son couldn't be happier, he then drove his repaired car, could get flower for his GF perfectly on time!! Owner did not let me authorize work I was charged for. If you want a group of guys to rip you off, be my guest and get these shady people to do half behind work. I’ve been in automotive since the 1980s, and this is by far the worst auto glass shop on the east coast. Try anyone else even ace glass or maybe even a fast food restaurant employee

Definitely a super awesome company. We used them and had to deal with a stupid warranty company that wanted hoops jumped through. Long story short they had no problems jumping through the hoops and told me not to worry about anything. Job well done and very much appreciated. Very disappointed! Chose this shop based on a recommendation by Latitude 33 Window Tint. Consequently, I will not be using them to re-tint my windows! They replaced my windshield with the factory glass I requested and did so quickly at their shop. Have not noticed any leaks yet. However, my fabric A-pillars were wet and had stains on them! It was a rainy day, but would expect them to be able dry the work area prior to working. They are FABRIC, not plastic!! Fortunately, I am proficient at fabric cleaning tasks and was able to clean them. This is always a risk though! Replacements are not avaliable making this particularly infuriating !! My headliner had/has sealant stains that I have not been able to completely remove! Will continue to work with it as I may be able to completely resolve the issues. Really do not wish to replace the entire headliner! The defroster grill was installed improperly! It was warped downward on the drivers side! I have purchased a replacement online! Could not believe it was avaliable! I hope it is indeed the correct part. The cowl on the outside is missing fasteners! The opening vent for the HVAC is basically just stuck into some rubber with one little plastic fastener to hold it down! I am LIVID!!! I have removed the cowl many times! It is not a difficult task and keeping up with the parts is elementary !! I think I have located the factory parts, but I have yet to do the cross-reference. The reveal molding is not installed nearly as neat as the original! Not enough attention to detail was given to this task!! There were scars on the the dash too! Leather conditioner seems to have worked wonders, but the jury is still out! There was debris all in the car! I had some paperwork on the floorboard they did not even care to move! It was folded up with shoe marks all over it! Basic! My car is 15 years old and I have invested a lot of time and money into keeping this rare, irreplacable car in great condition!! The condition of the car is obvious!! It is one of my favorite vehicles produced in the last half century. To have it treated with such blatant disregard is a kick in the gut and violently infuriates me!
