Simply put... John is a Magician. Call him up and told him what was going on. Told me to swing by so he could check it out and he helped me out/ fixed the dent in my door. Highly recommended shop. I had some rear bumper damage (dent and scrapes) and got a couple estimates locally. I went with Carisma because it was the most reasonable price. They gave me several different options on how I would like the repairs done and I opted for a full on paint job and body work on the bumper and it looks amazing. A place just up the street wanted almost $900 more for the same repair! They did not cut any corners and my car looks like new! Everyone there is very professional and great to work with.

The best shop to fix your vehicle scratches, dents and dings. They did an awesome job on my Audi bumper and did it quickly. The owner is terrific, very helpful.
