John Anderson and the entire staff, are the best examples of Exemplary customer service, professionalism with compassion, expertise and sheer kindness, that is rarely if ever seen in todays world!! They went above and beyond to get me back on the road after an object hurled off a truck at 75 mph tore through the underbelly of my vehicle puncturing the metal oil pan with a gaping hole disabling my vehicle! This had the potential of not only killing me but others in the lanes surrounding me. I had been traveling alone across the country from CA heading back to MD. When this happened to me, in Tennessee. Needless to say I was an emotional wreck, a nightmare all in all- Until I was taken care of by John and the staff who did backflips to help me get back on the road.. They had to order, took it upon themselves to drive an hour distance just to pick up the parts needed and then service the vehicle… working late and going in early just to help me, all of this in an incredibly short amount of time!!! Wow…Again, EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! These people are the best humans I’ve encountered in decades!! 💯! They deserve all the accolades and more! I had my sunroof glass broken on my 2024 Acura Integra recently. Needed the whole panel replaced. Called around and got quotes from a whole bunch of different places and ended up going with them because they were very polite and the cheapest. Had my appointment setup and everything to come in after the sunroof came in after they ordered the part. Dropped it off and about 35 minutes later I got a call saying it was done. I was surprised they got it done so quick. Everything works fantastic and it looks great like nothing ever happened! Tyler was awesome! Will most definitely recommend caliber to anyone that needs work done for their glass. Very quick, efficient, and polite. Amazing experience. 5 stars across the board.

My boyfriend had a bad experience due to the front desk clerk not notating pertinent information regarding our insurance claim when he was called to pick up his vehicle. She had "one job," and that was to notate that he did NOT have to pay the $1000 deductible to get his car out of the shop. My boyfriend thought that he had everything squared away with our horrendous car insurance provider, when they had already told him prior to coming that he didn't owe the $1000 deductible. So my boyfriend was livid when the guy at the shop named Gary told him that he had to pay $1000 before he could get his vehicle. To keep it short, my boyfriend called our insurance provider back, they confirmed that they had already called and let them know that he didn't owe the $1000 deductible, so they didn't understand why they were saying that he owed. Well, because the front desk clerk lady casually admitted, "Oh. I forgot to notate that." (???) For real, lady? You had one job!🤷🏿‍♀️ They did great work on my boyfriend's vehicle, though.

Caliber collision did a great job on my truck! Its a tough color to deal with (black w glitter) but they did an amazing job and had a super fast turn around ! I would recommend them! Gary was cool, calm, collected and got business taken care of! Thank y'all so much If you're not sure which body shop to use id say caliber is a safe bet

The Bartlett location was outstanding! Excluding “the receptionist” Tracy. She was not welcoming, her demeanor was arrogant, her actions clearly displayed that she didn’t want to be at work, she chose which customer she wanted to be friendly with and didn’t mind showing it apparently. However, I overlooked her because I was there on BUSINESS and showed her GRACE. At the same time you never get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression. Nonetheless, for comparison purposes I obtained 3 estimates and Mike’s kindred spirits, professionalism, people’s skills and knowledge aided me in choosing this location for my repairs. No Mike wasn’t aware of what I encountered with Tracy neither did my husband because I believe in writing reviews! Sometime people get so comfortable and think they’re in control! Lastly, because of an outstanding job, I will still choose and or recommend this location for repairs!
