If I could put zero stars of wood absolutely the worst experience and most pathetic attempt I've ever seen two workers give at a job in my life after arriving to install my windshield at the property I was at I saw two technicians do everything they could not to have to replace my windshield first of all the service address was incorrect so they told me that they had to call their boss which they probably wouldn't be able to get a hold of because his boss is in and out as they said all day so they wouldn't be able to change the address so that they could start replacing my windshield the address was one digit off my mistake so after watching them sit around in their brand new van doing nothing for a half an hour I decided to change the address myself so I called the company change the address myself and then inform the two technicians that the address has been updated and is correct in their system so that they could start the windshield repair then they decided to tell me that they couldn't drive their brand new Vans 30 yards to the garage behind the house to replace the windshield because and I quote I don't think I can drive it down there I will probably get my van stuck and I said stuck on what they couldn't reply they said it's too dangerous I said are you serious really I thought they were actually joking I really did but then they acted as if they were really not going to drive their service vehicle 30 yards or less to on a perfectly fine gravel road the same ground that they drove on for the last mile on on the same gravel road and had no difficulty at all driving on there's no obstacles there's no turns it's perfectly flat ground and they would not drive their van 30 yards or less to the garage which there was no change in the surface of the road or elevation or anything I mean I seriously thought they were joking but they weren't they got in their vehicles and turned around and left I was floored I didn't even know what to say I called the company and the company said that they wanted me to either wait for a dry day so they can do the vehicle out in the driveway because it was raining that day big deal or I could take my vehicle into them and do it and both of these had to be done on a different day at a later date I then decided I actually didn't want those two technicians working on my car at all they did everything they could not to have to work on my car I had lost all confidence in them and the company do the fact that my grandma could have drove a big rig down there and backed it out blindfolded. It was simply the worst attempt by younger generation is nothing but entitled and expects everything to be handed to them on a platter they did not want to work they didn't act like they wanted to work and I highly think that they probably do this at other jobs all day long just to get out of doing anything involving work all they did was lollygag around didn't do what they say they were going to do from the moment they got there what a joke I hope this company folds and it's non-existent I seriously do these are the types of companies that should not be in business if that's how they're going to treat people and hire employees who act like that and do nothing have no work ethic and are just pathetic at doing their jobs like driving a van and a gravel road a flat gravel road 30 yards to a shop where the vehicle is that to change out a windshield because they think that a brand new van would get stuck it didn't get stuck on the mile of gravel road that they drove on to get to the house this is in Beaverton Oregon perfectly fine maintained gravel county road so I do not understand what they're thinking was except for they wanted to get paid all day to drive around and do nothing there's the younger generation for you I guess thanks Biden

The quality of the work was reasonable other than some residue/ glue left on the outside of the sunroof glass. Otherwise, Caliber didn't meet my expectations. When I showed up for my appointment, they couldn't find me on their schedule despite receiving texts from them confirming this appointment. Finally they dug out an email that showed my appointment was correct. After being told I needed to be there at 0800, a couple hours later I was called on the phone by the glass guy who also had no idea about the appointment asking if he was supposed to come to my house or go to the shop to repair the sunroof. So why did I have to show up there so early if the guy wasn't even going to get there until 1030? Upon completion I got a call saying it was done and ready to pick up. Again I arrived and no one in the office seemed to have any idea about the service they had just provided. It took them a minute to find the keys which were not kept with the rest of the other vehicle keys, and they had zero paperwork or instructions regarding the repair or documentation thereof. It felt quite sketchy and unprofessional. I will not use them again.

Not only did he go above and beyond to help, but he also had my car back to me within just a couple of hours. His professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were truly impressive. Excellent Service and a Critical Catch by Ryan Ryan, the technician from Caliber Auto Glass, was fantastic. He clearly explained the entire process before he began and then executed it perfectly. Most importantly, he identified and showed me shoddy work and body damage from a previous replacement done by the Ford dealership in Albany, Oregon, four years ago. His attention to detail and integrity were impressive. I highly recommend their service.
