Brian was wonderful! He made contact quickly to schedule and even made it sooner than expected. He worked quickly, cleaned up very well after and made sure to check and double check that everything was working correctly and I was satisfied with the final product. He was kind and easy to work with. Made the process seamless and stress-free. Thank you Brian!

This was as quick and efficient as it gets. Had a cracked windshield replaced at the Woodridge location, which was completed in about 2 1/2 hours. The front desk receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Caliber Auto Glass. UPDATE: I found out a week and a half later my windshield washer wasn’t working. I called Caliber and they had a technician out the next day and literally had it working again in minutes. The Tech was a great guy and apologized for the inconvenience. This company is FANTASTIC. Would have no hesitation using or recommending them. Great experience

Editing the below review - Manager is now providing Uber on Friday. Will update review again if needed. This shop lacks communication, from the initial insurance claim there was no communication on timeframe expected until AFTER a un-refundable deposit has been put down. Then, after waiting an unreasonable amount of time for an aftermarket windshield to come in, this shop swapped from mobile repair to requiring me to bring my car in. Again, they knew from day 1 that my car would require this, but didn't communicate. Given the swap after the glass had come in, I have no options for switching. So, I suggested the way to make it right would be to assist with a 6 mile uber ride to and from, or to provide a loaner car throughout the repair. This request was denied. Overall - I WOULD NOT recommend this service center to any family, enemies, or friends. AVOID AVOID AVOID, they will bait and switch you. Screenshots / proof available upon request. EDIT (2 days after I left the above review) - Community Manager, and Manager (Mario) of the shop reached out to make me whole by offering an Uber to and from.

I had my van towed to Caliber after I was rear-ended for an estimate/repair. I met with Chris F to go over the process. She carefully went through the steps and made sure I understood everything before I signed to go forward. I also had the pleasure to talk with Valerie the next day as I needed to get some things from the van. They had already marked up the van for damages and while I was only there to get some things, she went over the van with me and explained where they were in the process and what to expect next. Whenever I called because of steps I needed to take with my insurance company automated process, Valerie was super helpful and patient with me. The van ended up as a total loss so I can't speak to repairs but should I ever need repairs in the future Caliber is the only place I'll go.

Had a little crack in my glass , they came out in a timely manner and communicated their arrival time which was nice but the job done wasn't great. I understand the resin used to fill the crack is just for integrity of the glass and not looks but I don't believe it was filled correctly or at all since I can still feel the pit where it chipped on the outside. Tried calling them and they replied that a manager would reach out that never happened. Edit They came out and fixed the issue, guy was highly knowledgeable and I would recommend this company.

I own a 2011 Chevrolet Impala. Unfortunately, I dingled the right rear bumper. The time estimate for repair was about 3-4 days. After about 2-3 days, they informed me that they made 3 attempts to get a replacement bumper. Each time, their provider sent a substandard bumper. Caliber informed that the only option they really had was to repair my damaged bumper. So let me tell you of my experience at Caliber: 1. The repaired bumper was a work of art. Seriously. It looked better than when I originally purchased it. 2. Communication-Every step of the process, Caliber communicated with me. The young lady who runs their front desk was on top of everything. She let me know about the insurance status, the deductible and the status of the repair. In all facets of the repair, by all their employees, they were really on top of their game. Highly recommended...5+ stars
