I had scheduled an appt with another auto glass repair/replacement company, to take my car into their shop, but after seeing their poor reviews/feedback from customers, I decided not to. Instead, late in the evening, I called CR Autoglass and left a message. At around 730am the next morning, I received a prompt, courteous call back from Cham who scheduled a mobile service appt in the afternoon. He arrived on-time and took care of the issue with my car's windshield. The work was professionally done, with a 2-year warranty. Overall, a great experience, so certainly deserves 5 stars!!

Have a camry 2025, glass shattered in less than a month from a 4 mm gravel. The cracked spread from 6 inches to 15. Had a choice between safelite and cr auto glass. My dad used safelite, but I wanted something local and got multiple quotes. Cr autoglass by far is the best option in terms of speed, pricing, and quality. In comes this tech name Cham. Cham is very friendly, answered all my concerns regarding glass types and damage resolutions, he was very efficient and quick. One of the best windshield technician out there!! If Cham is your tech, you can feel assured it will be a job well done.

I rarely take time to write a review, but I was very impressed with my experience with CR Auto Glass. I needed a windshield replacement for my Ford F150, and I called them after seeing a recommendation from a coworker. The process was efficient, convenient and their communication was great. I spoke with their customer service rep to schedule and interacted with the technician while he was installing. Both employees were extremely pleasant to interact with.

If u have a nice car or an older sports car I would stay away . The tech who came out that’s also the owner,named ( Cham ) was very cool but he ruined my car. He installed the windshield incorrectly n refused to redo it n just refunded my money. Well the problem is that he also broke few parts on my car n now there’s water leaking on the side of my seats. This part is called a pillar they go for about 350$ each, as well as the door trim which was incorrectly put back. I took it to satellite for an inspection n they literally said it was a terrible job n that the person incorrectly installed the glass n didn’t seal it properly so now I have to go take another day off , pay more money , and spend more $$ on things the tech broke on my car. I have pics before n after n I would advise u to do the same if ur gonna go with this company because I don’t know where all these 5star reviews are coming from. I’ll attach the photos showing the uneven gap from the windshield not being installed correctly as well as water leaking n more.

My car was vandalized and my passenger window was busted I contacted multiple glass shops I was told 3 days appointment scheduling through the graces of god my wife contacted CR auto glass and when I tell u they came out to me fixed my window and now I’m back rolling!!! Thank you for awesome customer service Roxanne was knowledgeable with assisting me over the phone and the repair man Cham installed my glass in the dark during daylight savings time I wanna give them six stars I’m a happy camper now Thank you CR Auto Glass yall have my business from here on out I recommend them 12/30/2024

Thank you Cham! This guy is awesome! I text him to make an appointment. He responded to my text immediately. He was flexible with whatever time and day I need him to come and do the repair. When he evaluated the repair, he gave me a true honest estimate of what it would be. You did amazing job. I was so satisfied with the repair and it didn’t take long at all. Oh, and also he came to me wherever I was. At first, I was at home and I changed the location. He had no problem in coming to the location that I asked him to come to. The quality of the job also was excellent. Very happy with the work that he’s done and and I will refer him. You know any anyone else that needs glass repairs I would definitely go to him.
