CGT Auto Glass Replacement

Words can’t express how thankful I am that Mr. C was available for me on a Sunday morning when every other place was closed for the weekend. The regulator in my drivers side window had stopped working, within 3 minutes Mr. C had the problem diagnosed, and a recommendation on where I could get a replacement part. The entire process from start to finish took him no longer than an hour. He was fast, knowledgeable and easy to talk to about the problem that I was experiencing!!! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to anyone that’s having any window/windshield issues of any kind!

0 stars as a military veteran that has a hard time saying anything bad about anyone I felt the need to leave this review. I had family that came in town over the weekend and while showing them a good time my car window was broken I called this company to get a quote and not only was the price higher then what I already received I told him to give me a few minutes to schedule so I can continue to call around to get more quotes his exact words were “call them don’t call me back” now I’ve been told that I have a really long fuse but hearing those words and the way they were said me leaving this review was the nicest thing I could do. Myself and my family here will stay far away from this guy.

Someone broke into my Car on Saturday night while out. I was only in town for one night and I didn’t want to drive back to Austin with a broken rear window. I found CGT early Sunday morning online. Someone actually answered, quoted me a cheaper price than the other two places I emailed, and told me to come right over. When I got there I had no wait. They replaced my window and cleaned up the broken glass. They actually left my car cleaner than when I brought it there. These guys are amazing! Available on weekends! I had the right back passenger window broken into at the hotel i was staying at early morning today, Sunday. I came from Dallas for the weekend, and honestly after this inconvenience, they saved us with fixing my window for a good price! The hotel staff tried their best to help is find a auto glass repair shop and managed to find these guys. We called and they ask for which window i needed and information of my truck. For a Sunday, we got super lucky they had a window for my truck! They are very welcoming and help ease the upsetting situation you have gone through. Im honestly grateful for these guys! Someone broke into our car 6-12-21. We contacted C.G.T windshield repair after a quick google search since the company mentioned being 24/7. Shortly after we received a text message saying that we could come the following morning to get the window replaced. Once we got to the location we were greeted by the owner “Brother C” and I must say that he indeed made me feel like his brother from the first hello. Such a kind and friendly gentleman that worked on our window while entertaining us at the same time. He replaced the window in a timely manner and cleaned up all the remaining glass that was through the car. I highly recommend CGT windshield repair and will refer anyone i know in need of a windshield repair to him from today forward. DON’T let the appearance draw you away from this establishment because you’ll miss out on a great experience in the end. We (my girlfriend and I) left there feeling as if we were family.
