C-Auto Glass

Quick service and extremely professional. I had a windshield installed by another company and was getting a wind noise. I took it back to the same company and they said there was nothing they could do. I then decided to get a 2nd opinion from C-auto glass. They were confident that they could re-set the windshield properly and stop the wind noise. I had an appointment to get the work done the next day. Friendly staff, and they do a great job. Took my wife's car in for a windshield replacement and it took an hour like they said plus/ minus minutes. The price beat other companies near by and I believe we got the best deal. I've would've given 5 star, but I believe there is more that could been done. The outside windshield border could use some type of rubber sealant but its bear. I'm sure they seal good from inside but, I feel it would been better weather protection. Now I would probably have to add it myself.

Very affordable and convenient :) After reading the reviews about C-Auto Glass I was a bit spectacle but I applied for an online quote anyways. I needed my front passenger window replaced, and the price was about 100$ cheaper than any other place so I gave them a call and booked an appointment. They came out to my house, installed the window, and left! No hassle, and no trouble at all I'm so glad I followed my gut and had them do it, it saved me a bunch! The only thing is they cant give you a set time, you call, ask them to come out, and they'll give you a day, but no time (you kinda just have to sit and wait.) Still an amazing service though they did a great job.

I called C Auto Glass after a referral from a car dealership my brother works at after a rock from a dump truck on the highway cracked my windshield. From the minute I called, Tabby was SO helpful, understanding and kind. She quickly put together pricing for me and gave me available times to replace my windshield. I told her I needed to call one other place and she let me know they would also price compare other places. I decided to just call her right back and book! She was able to get me scheduled for a mobile service within 2 days (they did have sooner in shop service but I couldn’t sit with 2 toddlers in a waiting room for that) and again, was so helpful! Today, the technicians arrived (I wish I could remember their names!) and were so professional, kind and did an excellent job. They were here and done within an hour! They went over everything with me and were also so nice interacting with my kids. The ease of them being able to come to my home was worth the extra mobile charge (which wasn’t much at all)! Not to mention the pricing from C Auto Glass, my total with everything out the door was half the price of what Safelite quoted me! Safelite wanted, just for recalibration, what my entire total was with C Auto Glass. I am so thankful I found this company and will be referring them for everything and everyone in the future needing any glass replacement!

This company installed a new windshield for me on a new to me used car that I had just purchased. They were unable to figure out how to calibrate the vehicle, so they just left me without a functioning car. Warning messages galore for driver assistance functions unavailable. They refused to return for 5 days to try again, and wouldn't you know it when they returned they actually sent someone intelligent enough to know how to use their software to calibrate the car. This is awful customer service. You don't abandon a job until you finish it correctly. I think this make and model was much too complicated for them and they should only take on jobs that they are comfortable with. Very disappointed.

My car window was smashed by someone looking to steal from my car (no idea why, since I don't keep anything in it), so I called around for quotes to get it replaced. C-Auto Glass was the cheapest, and they were also the most helpful, pleasant and clear when asking questions on the phone, so I went with them. They got me in the day after I called, and I chose to wait while the work was done since they said it would only take about 45 minutes. That was pretty spot-on, and the window was very professionally replaced. It's like it was never broken. They charged me exactly what they quoted me as well (which shouldn't be something I need to point out, but with car repairs, you never know!). I had cleaned up most of the broken glass in my car's back seat, but there was still some in the door handle and cup holder since I had no way to remove it without using a vacuum with a hose attachment, and when I was looking over the replaced window I saw that they had even cleaned that out for me as well, without me even asking! It always sucks having to have work done on your car, but they made it as painless as possible here, just in and out, and I'll definitely be going back if I have anything else I need done.
