C & N Auto Glass

Please avoid this place! Cheaper is good, but “How much you pay is how much you will receive”. Please take time to read the following comment. I don’t have that much time to give someone a negative feedback, but It actually comes from my real life experience about this store. You would go to this place or generally this area only if you have at least a little knowledge about structure and assembly part of your car, and how the market price of a part worth. I randomly came to visit this store along with my broken passenger side mirror, but the cover was still working well (it was not necessary to be replaced). There was a guy (I guess) name Nelson or Gilson, came up to me to give me an offer: 1. I would have only my glass fix (not to replace entire part) by cutting a glass which would cost me $50 (after labor fee) 2. Replacing the original glass only. (cost $80 after labor fee) I had finally decided to go for the first option since they didn’t have an entire assembly part (cost only $80) which could match with my car model and color of the driver side. First at all, he did not show me how the glass looked like before installing to my car. He also didn’t inform that this glass actually was a normal glass which was not appropriate for driving and cost less than a dollar. After a half hour driving, I just realized that I could barely see cars from behind. It was extremely dangerous driving and cutting line on highway at high speed. Then, I decided coming back to the store to fix it, to ask for the better glass which was not the $1 glass and a specialized driving glass. I WOULD DEFINITELY NEED A CURLED AND SPECIALIZED DRIVING GLASS. Absolutely, I came back in the next day. I meet another guy to ask if I can talk to the person who fixed my mirror. He kept shaking his head and trying to reject my request with an excuse that “HE IS NOT WORKING TODAY”, “YOU SHOULD COME BACK IN THE NEXT TIME”. Come on!! Then I wonder if I can pay you in the next time? Then, I came back in a week later at the same time. I finally saw him there. I went to deal with him and asked for a favor. He kept turning down my explanation of how dangerous this glass was, and my suggestion of replacing a curled glass. He responded that “MY BOSS WAS ON VACATION AND NO MONEY REFUND”, “IF YOU WANT, YOU GO BUY A GLASS, I WILL INSTALL FOR YOU”, “I DON’T HAVE THAT KIND OF PRODUCT, NO ANOTHER GLASS”. This guys was such an irresponsibility person. I finally walked out with nothing. I am feeling like lost in money, got nothing to fix and got cheat was not the most important lesson I learned from this place. The most important thing is that this place, this person would definitely pissed you off by their irresponsibility and insolent attitude toward customers. Please take this comment as your homework. Please avoid this place and this entire area if possible.

The quickest and most careless tint install ever. Cut up my vehicles weather stripping on multiple windows. Tints have bubbles everywhere and a foggy haze. Terrible quality. You get what you pay for.

NO STAR for this, change windshield deal was $250 jump up the $290 in 2days, I regret give them tips. Picture show everything. Make sure u check work before they tape it, if u still wanna go after u see those pictures.
