I had my passenger window busted by a rock. I call Butterworth Auto Glass Inc. We set up a time and place. He came out had my old one out and new one replaced in 15 mins. Would recommend them to anyone!

Anna Kirk, my Erie insurance agent, gave me the referral in April. He came looked at it & said no repair needed. August 2023 A rock hit my windshield on the interstate. The next day, there was a crack across my windshield. Contacted Derek and he agreed to do the repair after I sent the information. He quoted me a price and we set a date. 8/25/23 He and his helper complete the repair in my driveway. He knocked on my door AFTER the replacement. He didn't get my keys BEFORE as he indicated in text that he would need. He claims he does a pre and post inspection, but it didn't happen that day. 8/29/23 I send a text with a video that my windshield wipers are not working properly & glass is all over my dash. His response is who is this and there should be no glass. Really 4 days later? He ignored me until I reached out to Anna, then I get a response. Something he should've done as a courtesy. 8/30/23 He adjusts the wipers and attempts the wipe up the fine glass and other debris not cleaned on the 25th. (pre-post inspection done though) & leaves me his brother's business card because I'm also having HVAC issues. I asked where his helper was... He or his helper broke my visor on the passenger side & won't own it. Subaru confirmed that I couldn't break it ADJUSTING it occasionally to hold my sun visor. The area it's in coincides with a windshield repair. I reached out to him to pay for the repair & he refuses do it. I wasn't asking for the estimate price, just my deductible for using my Gold warranty. That's when I learn about the pre-post inspection he performs so this doesn't happen? Once I said my neighbor had cameras pointed at my driveway, he calls. I didn't participate in the PRE & IF A POST WAS DONE, WHY WAS HE BACK ADJUSTING MY WIPERS AND CLEANING UP GLASS? He Did not follow his Own protocol! Did I mention I was still under anesthesia on the 25th??? Ironically, I had to contact Consumer Protection as stated to Anna.

Quick and professional, glass was clean with no hand or fingerprints, no dust or dirt around the work area. Even made sure the rear view mirror was tight after the last company had forgot to.
