Excellent service on my BMW X5 windshield replacement. George at Budget gave me good advice on replacement glass options. Budget went to the dealer's shop (Gault) while the car was there for other service work and worked the replacement work into their overall schedule. No muss, no fuss.

Great service, fast and clean. All the booking process can be done online without any complications. If you have home appointment, before the texh arrives they will send you his/her information and will give you a call for the ETA. Chris, the tech was earlier and explained his work all the way. Very helpful and professional.

Very hard to get a hold of. I think a one man shop, so almost never answers the phone. Most times, his voicemail is full. Still finally got windshield replaced. Within 2 months, it was cracking right from the top edge of the windshield down. Never got hit by anything. Finally got a hold of him again. Scheduled him to see it. He agreed and said he'd replace it free under warranty. Fantastic. Took about 2 weeks to get the windshield (said he wanted to make sure it was from a different batch from his supplier. Deja Vu. Within 2 months it started cracking from the edge. This time from the bottom of the windshield. I tried multiple times to get a hold of him. No luck again. Voicemail full. Never answered my calls. I'm suspecting the windshields he's getting are subpar. It's either that or a problem with his installs. Called another place. Glass America. A normal shop. Answers calls! They're getting me a windshield from the dealer and putting that in. George from Budget never even offered that.
