Blue Chip Auto Glass

This is my second time using Blue Chip but this time I felt compelled to leave a review. I called as soon as they opened Monday morning to set up a windshield replacement. I was helped by the owner, Kelly, and he told me he could get me in same day just had to confirm my insurance. Well, I am using Tesla insurance who typically are known for their less than optimal service. After an hour, John called me to ask me if I was able to get a hold of my agent which after several emails and calls, I told him I was not. John called about an hour later saying he was able to get it all taken care of and that I could do same day, or opt for mobile the next day. I picked mobile for the convenience and the state of the windshield. Kelly called me a few hours later saying he actually was able to get it taken care of today. At this point I am just overjoyed at the level of customer service and treatment I am receiving. Matt and Carlos arrived to do the job and I really enjoyed talking with them while they got the replacement done in about an hour. Speedy fast. I told them that no one does it like Blue Chip and I seriously mean that. I will never look for any other windshield replacement service, and will always recommend them anytime I hear someone’s windshield is damaged. You guys have a loyal customer in me! John, Kelly, Matt, Carlos you each made my day, you are stellar.

Wow what an amazing company! From the first phone contact to the escort out of the lot, A+++. I almost forgot what it was like to be treated like an "appreciated customer". The front staff is friendly, the installers and management are knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything. They have a/c, snacks, drinks, wifi and comfortable seating. My car was clean when I got back in. There were not a thousand shards of glass all over my dash, seats and counsel like the company that replaced it a year or so ago. They used a Mazda windshield, not an after market windshield like the previous company used. I am a happy customer and I Will return! Thank you for the enjoyable experience 😊

Any shop can change a glass. What truly sets a place apart is their customer service. This place has that down packed. On the phone I spoke with Leslie and she helped me set up a claim with my insurance and took care of everything on the back end. I have a vehicle that needs calibrated so they set me up for an in person drop off. For my appointment, I walked in to a clean, thoughtfully put-together office, the gals at the front desk are friendly and they give you an ETA so you know what you’re in for. They also offer complimentary snacks which is a very nice touch. They do a pre-service walk through on your vehicle and then they get to work. Of note I was impressed with the techs attention to detail. When I got back into my car my oil service sticker was back on as well as my sun shade clips which attach to my windshield. It’s those ✨little details✨that make an experience and I’m very pleased with this shop.

If I could give Blue Chip a million stars I would. Like seriously, from start to finish the entire experience far exceeded my expectations! I had a massive crack in the windshield of my 2021 Tesla Model 3, so I needed to have it replaced. My insurance company recommended a few auto glass companies, but they all said they don’t do Teslas. I started to freak out thinking I’d never be able to get this figured out. I made one more call and the lady said, “Sorry, we don’t do Teslas, but you should check out Blue Chip.” Huge shoutout to that random lady for the recommendation because I am SO thankful to have found Kelly and his crew at Blue Chip. I seriously didn’t realize that such exceptional customer service even existed. Leslie was able to get me an appointment scheduled super quickly. Cole and Carlos came to do the replacement, and they were fantastic! They were on time, professional, and just so kind. They were so thorough, they even noticed an issue with my sunroof due to poor work done by a previous company. Kelly, the owner, wanted to make sure I was safe and taken care of, so he personally reached out to me so we could get the issue fixed. He was even so kind to take my call super late into the evening in order to work around my work schedule. Literally, the very next day, Dan came to my house and expertly fixed the issue with the sunroof. He was incredible! I am now a Blue Chip customer for life and can’t recommend them enough!

Blue Chip helped me out when I needed it the most I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate everything they did and everyone at Blue Chip.from my first phone call the receptionist was polite helpful articulate informative and easy to work with she was will to go the extra distance to meet my needs. Setting the appointment was also easy. When I arrived at Blue Chip I was pleased at how clean the facility was the reception area the waiting lobby and bathrooms and the install shop was incredible. They stepped out into the lobby area to meet and greet me. Nice twist on perfect customer service. They offered me drinks and snacks showed me where the bathrooms were and then brought the window technician out to meet me. The receptionist made me comfortable and the technician made me feel secure that my vehicle was in good hands. The job was completed in an amazing timely manner and I was brought out to the shop to go over the work that had been done the other technicians working there also acknowledged my presents everyone there was helpful their courtesy was a huge deal maker in this day and age of poor service Now days nobody takes the time the disrespect is incredible out there no business ethics but not at Blue Chip you won't find poor service there Blue Chip understands great customer service and respect for their customers.and there business and future business. I will not go anywhere eles from now on and I endorse Blue Chip Thank you to everyone at Blue Chip It was a timely blessing

To say the customer service at this place is amazing would be an understatement. The owner Kelly went above and beyond on multiple occasions for my windshield replacement. I brought my car in to get replaced and the shop did a fantastic job, but when I got home, I noticed that the windshield had a slight imperfection. Not only did Kelly replace it again, he made it very convenient for me. Fast forward a couple weeks, I went on a road trip and a rock hit the windshield and caused a chip. Arizona, am I right? I contacted Kelly and because of their excellent warranty, they were able to fill the chip for me. The shop did such a great job, I can barely tell where the chip is on the glass. Needless to say, no need to shop around, Blue Chip Auto has amazing customer service. Also, Insurance covered the windshield, so no out of pocket cost!
