To say the customer service at this place is amazing would be an understatement. The owner Kelly went above and beyond on multiple occasions for my windshield replacement. I brought my car in to get replaced and the shop did a fantastic job, but when I got home, I noticed that the windshield had a slight imperfection. Not only did Kelly replace it again, he made it very convenient for me. Fast forward a couple weeks, I went on a road trip and a rock hit the windshield and caused a chip. Arizona, am I right? I contacted Kelly and because of their excellent warranty, they were able to fill the chip for me. The shop did such a great job, I can barely tell where the chip is on the glass. Needless to say, no need to shop around, Blue Chip Auto has amazing customer service. Also, Insurance covered the windshield, so no out of pocket cost! I stumbled across Blue Chip Auto Glass during a serious moment of need, and wow, did they deliver beyond my wildest expectations! After having my windshield replaced, my Tesla threw up a climate system fault that my local shop wasn’t experienced to handle. Frustrated, I turned to Google and YouTube, eventually finding a 3-year-old video that pointed me to Kelly and Blue Chip. It was a long shot - a cold 20-degree weather in Long Island, NY, at 9 PM - but I decided to take a chance and text the number. To my surprise, Kelly responded instantly, as though I’d been a loyal customer for years. His response? A simple, confident “Sure,” after I asked if he can help. Moments later, he called me, assessed my comfort level with troubleshooting, and walked me through the solution step by step. He broke down the error codes, explained why they were happening, and detailed how Blue Chip had successfully tackled similar issues in the past. What really stood out was his thoroughness—he didn’t just offer one solution; he gave me alternatives in case Plan A didn’t work. This was customer service at its absolute best. And within 15 minutes, I had my climate control system fully restored. The craziest part? Kelly was guiding me all the way from Arizona! Little did he know that, on this freezing New York night, he was gaining a new, out-of-state customer. Blue Chip Auto Glass, and Kelly in particular, are in a league of their own. Best auto glass company! Awesome to work with and so friendly. We have had multiple windshields replaced here and will never go anywhere else. We refer them to family and friends always because of the amazing experiences we have had. I prefer that we didn’t have so many windshield replacements but since we have, I’m so glad we have this shop to do the work! I’ve decided to finally leave a review because even though referrals are the best compliment, I rely on Google reviews too. Thank you to Kelly and all who we have dealt with here. We have been impressed with every person we have had the pleasure to work with.

Bluechip really goes above and beyond to make sure your car is taken care of. I came to them after another auto glass company tried to replace my tesla driver side window with an aftermarket glass that wouldn't allow me to roll my window up all the way and looked like it was too thick for the window pocket. After a quick replacement of the window they also helped me with anchoring my rearview mirror that another glass company broke or installed incorrectly and was rattling as well as pointed out that the other glass company broke the speaker on the door. Bluechip kindly replaced the part. John, the manager, the front desk ladies and the repair team were awesome! I will only be taking my cars to Bluechip from now on. Outstanding above and beyond service that you just don't get around town anymore!

Any shop can change a glass. What truly sets a place apart is their customer service. This place has that down packed. On the phone I spoke with Leslie and she helped me set up a claim with my insurance and took care of everything on the back end. I have a vehicle that needs calibrated so they set me up for an in person drop off. For my appointment, I walked in to a clean, thoughtfully put-together office, the gals at the front desk are friendly and they give you an ETA so you know what you’re in for. They also offer complimentary snacks which is a very nice touch. They do a pre-service walk through on your vehicle and then they get to work. Of note I was impressed with the techs attention to detail. When I got back into my car my oil service sticker was back on as well as my sun shade clips which attach to my windshield. It’s those ✨little details✨that make an experience and I’m very pleased with this shop.

If I could give Blue Chip a million stars I would. Like seriously, from start to finish the entire experience far exceeded my expectations! I had a massive crack in the windshield of my 2021 Tesla Model 3, so I needed to have it replaced. My insurance company recommended a few auto glass companies, but they all said they don’t do Teslas. I started to freak out thinking I’d never be able to get this figured out. I made one more call and the lady said, “Sorry, we don’t do Teslas, but you should check out Blue Chip.” Huge shoutout to that random lady for the recommendation because I am SO thankful to have found Kelly and his crew at Blue Chip. I seriously didn’t realize that such exceptional customer service even existed. Leslie was able to get me an appointment scheduled super quickly. Cole and Carlos came to do the replacement, and they were fantastic! They were on time, professional, and just so kind. They were so thorough, they even noticed an issue with my sunroof due to poor work done by a previous company. Kelly, the owner, wanted to make sure I was safe and taken care of, so he personally reached out to me so we could get the issue fixed. He was even so kind to take my call super late into the evening in order to work around my work schedule. Literally, the very next day, Dan came to my house and expertly fixed the issue with the sunroof. He was incredible! I am now a Blue Chip customer for life and can’t recommend them enough!
