Failed to reattach a factory alarm sensor and left it dangling and didn't bother to relay that he didn't have adhesive to reattach it or that it wasn't attached. Techs excuse was it wasn't factory and didn't know about it. I can attached it myself after I buy the proper adhesive and not the double sided tape they suggested as it will just fall off after a few days. Should have went with my regular guy.

They were efficient and professional! It took almost no time at all. They came to my wife’s work to replace her windshield after quoting me (no hidden fee’s). The windshield is better than she had before! She’s so happy, I’m thinking about putting another one in next week lol
