I recently visited Bird Road Auto Glass and had the pleasure of meeting Nelson…the owner. Nelson made me feel as if it was 40 years ago when service really mattered and people took pride in what they do. Nelson secured my window properly until my part came in and then installed it flawlessly with a smile on his face! His price was EXTREMELY REASONABLE!!! i brought my Hyundai Elantra in at 1:30pm in desperate need of windshield repair in order to get to work the next day. Nelson the owner came out and greeted me immediately. He said he would have to see if supplier had the item they did and shipped it out to his shop. the amazing thing is Safelite said they could not do it because metal was slightly bent! What a joke Nelson said, no problem and straightened it out and put glass in. At 6 pm we had the job done. he stayed late for me and normally is out at 4 pm. the best customer service i have EVER had in Miami! Thank you Nelson. ALL my work and referrals go to him now!!!

The best. After some criminals broke my front passenger window, I couldn't find it anywhere. The dealer was asking me for almost $300 for it without installation, and I had to order it for another day. I found this man who, for a great price, only took two hours to install and everything. He cleaned all the car windows, etc. In short, a thorough job and an excellent price. 👌 I highly recommend him. He's also very kind and decent.
