Needed a rear windshield replaced. I wasn't happy the last time I needed a glass repair so I decided to try a local place in Stamford on Liberty Street. The whole process was pain free and timely; from the time of my first call to completion was only a couple days. Everything was straightforward, no messing around! Bink's is excellent; very knowledgeable about cars, glass options and any necessary calibrations. They don't cut corners. Recently replaced the windshield of a Porsche and previously replaced a shattered panel in the moonroof of a Land Rover. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I needed to have a rear door window replaced and I’m glad I chose to go with Bink’s. Once the work order was sent over from my insurance, Bink’s was able to overnight the replacement window and squeeze me in the next day. after coming out to measure and assess a broken window, they said they'd get right back to me with an estimate. i called 8 times over a two month period (kevin) and never once received a return phone call, no message. on the few occassions when he actually picked up his phone, he had no excuse beyond 'i'll call you tomorrow'. when i asked if i could speak with the owner, i was told no, that i should speak with kevin! on the basis of this, i'd say they are terribly unreliable....be careful and realize that you are taking chances. it's been over two months and my job is still not complete.
